UTANGULIZI
Kutokana na mapokeo na semina za kusifu na kuabudu kuwa adimu makanisani mtazamo wa waumini wengi kuhusu uimbaji wa kusifu na kuabudu ni kwamba ni huduma au uimbaji wa kupitishia muda tunaposubiri mahubiri katika ibada, semina na mikutano ya Injili au kama nyimbo tu za kujifurahisha au kama utaratibu wa kawaida ya kuimba katika Makusanyiko ya watu wa Mungu kama nyimbo zingine. Huduma hii ya kumwimbia Mungu sifa na kumwabudu imekuwa haina matunda au matokeo mazuri au yanayohitajika kiroho, kiakili na kimwili sababu ya waumini wengi kutoelewa na hatimaye kuimba bila kumaanisha au kutarajia chochote toka kwa Mungu na hatimaye mazoea na desturi kutamalaki ibada nyingi au maisha ya waliokoka. Zaidi mapokeo yametamalaki Ibada na maisha binafsi ya waumini. Wengi hawapendi kujifunza au kupokea ushauri wa mambo yajengayo kiroho au kuhusu huduma hii ya sifa zaidi waimbaji maana wanauzoefu na wamevuma. Lengo kuu la  kukusanyika IBADANI  ni kumshukuru ,kumsifu na kumwabudu Mungu na tukishamhudumia Mungu yeye hutuwezesha kuhudumiana kwa Neno, karama za Roho Mtakatifu kama unabii, neno la ufunuo- maarifa, uponyaji na Nyimbo za uinjilisti, kutia moyo, kufariji na kujenga. Ugonjwa mkubwa ulioko katika makanisa yetu mengi, au maisha binafsi ya waumini tumekariri mapokeo,tunapenda sana na kutoa muda zaidi katika huduma kwa watu (kuhudumiana) kwa nyimbo za kwaya zenye jumbe kwa watu kama kujitia moyo, kutiana moyo, kutamba, kuhimizana, kuhubiriana na kuwahubiria wadhambi wakati mwingine nyimbo za uinjilisti zinaimbwa kanisa la waaminio sababu tu zina muziki, melody na uchezaji wa stepu nzuri, inakuwa ni kujifurahisha tu. Ni kawaida kabisa watu kushabikia au kushangilia nyimbo za kutia moyo, kuhimizana au kuzodoa na kutamba na kukaa kama vile hatuhusiki wimbo wa sifa unapoimbwa na waimbaji wasipotuhamasisha kushiriki basi tutawatazama tu., wakati wa kumsifu na kumwabudu Mungu ndio muda wa kufunuliwa ukuu wa Mungu na nguvu zake na wema wake na nyimbo hizo ndizo zitakazoondoa tatizo lako. Nyimbo za kutia moyo zinakufariji saa ile kupitia waimbaji tatizo lako linabaki palepale, Lakini sifa zinayeyusha milima na matatizo ya maisha yako kwani ni “shortcut” njia ya mkato ya kuugusa moyo wa Mungu hata akashuka na kuwagusa watu katika matatizo yao kwa kuyaondoa au kuwaonyesha ufumbuzi au kusema nao neno la kinabii litakalowapa majibu na hatua mpya. Pia sifa humuandalia mhubiri mazingira ya upako wa kuhubiri katika Roho Mtakatifu na kutifua mioyo ya watu, na husambaratisha kila nguvu za giza na kusafisha anga na kukupa hamu au uvuvio wa kuomba kwa Mungu… hivyo ni  vidokezo tu vya faida za sifa… kumiendelea kusoma kitabu hiki  upate mengi.
SURA YA 1.
(i)                 Sifa au kusifu Mungu maana yake nini?
a)Kumsifu Mungu ni kuongea, kukiri, au kushuhudia na kuimba kuhusu Uweza wa Mungu, nguvu za Mungu, Mamlaka ,matendo makuu aliyotenda Bwana (kazi zake), miujiza, mambo ya ajabu, uumbaji na nafasi ya Mungu katika maisha yetu na uhusiano wa Mungu na  wanadamu. Kwa mfano:  (Mungu ni Mfalme: Wewe ni Mfalme, Baba yetu, U  Bwana , Ni muumbaji wetu, ni Mchungaji, mponyaji, ni wa kwanza na wa mwisho ( Alfa na Omega) na mtoa mahitaji yetu kama majina yake yanavyomtambulisha .Una nguvu, umeumba mbingu nchi na vilivyomo, mtenda  mijuza, unaweza yote, umetuponya, umetulinda, Mungu katupigania [zaburi 150:1-6]. mistari hii inaeleza tumsifu Mungu wapi, kwa nini na namna gani au kwa kutumia nini.
b)Pia sifa ni namna mojawapo ya kujitoa sisi wenyewe  kwa Mungu kama sadaka (dhabihu za sifa), ni kumuenzi na kumkubali, Mungu ni nani na aliyoyatenda kwa mioyo yetu, nafsi , akili, nguvu na miili yetu yote inatakiwa ihusike. [Waebrania 13:15] “Basi kwa njia yake yeye na tumpe Mungu dhabihu za sifa daima yaani tunda la midomo liungamalo jina lake .
[Warumi 12:1-2] “Basi ndugu zangu nawasihi kwa huruma zake Mungu, itoeni miili yenu iwe dhabihu iliyo hai, takatifu yenye kumpendeza Mungu, ndiyo ibada yenu yenye maana”.
Imefika kipindi cha sasa tunatakiwa tuache kuahidi kumsifu Mungu kama Daudi aliposema “nitakutukuza, nitamwimbia Bwana, kwani alikuwa katika vita na kutangatanga porini akimkimbia Sauli hivyo alikuwa akiahidi kumsifu Mungu atakapookoka . Sifa zenye mguso kwa Mungu ni zenye maneno ya kumwambia Mungu moja kwa moja kama vile unamuona au unaamini yupo hapo unapoimba au kutamka sifa zake...”Ninakuimbia Bwana, ninakusifu mfalme..
Ni maombi yangu kwamba kitabu hiki kitakutoa katika, desturi za ibada, mapokeo ya kipentecost au liturgia na udini uliowafunga wakristo wengi, kitabu hiki kikusaidaie kupata uamusho wa kiroho na kuifanya huduma ya kusifu na kuabudu kuwa sehemu au mtindo wa maishayako ya kila siku. Kwani kusifu na kuabudu ni mahali popote, wakati wowote na hata ukiwa peke yako. “ Mfalme Daudi alisema [ zaburi 146:1-2] Nitamsifu Mungu ningali hai, muda ninaoishi.” Aliamua kumsifu Mungu asubuhi, mchana na usiku mara saba kwa siku. Akapewa jina la “mtu autafutaye moyo wa Mungu”
 Kumbuka huduma zote zitakoma hapa duniani isipokuwa kusifu na kuabudu kutaendelea mbinguni milele na milele lazima uipende na kuanza kuifanyia mazoezi huduma ya sifa na kuabudu kwa kuienzi na kutoa muda zaidi. Kwani ibilisi anaipiga vita huduma ya sifa na kuabudu anajua ni kiboko kwake ndio maana amewafunga waumini wengi wasiienzi .
(ii)               Kwa nini tunamsifu Mungu Kupambanua nyimbo za sifa na zisizo za sifa
1.Tunamsifu Mungu kwa sababu anastahili kupewa sifa kwa jinsi alivyo, anayoyatenda, nguvu zake, nafasi yake,uumbaji au kazi za mikono yake na majina yake . Pia malaika, wenye uhai wanne na wazee ishirini na nne walioko mbinguni wanakiri hivyo [ufunuo 4.11 “Umestahili wewe Bwana wetu na Mungu wetu, kuupokea utukufu, hesima na uweza, kwa kuwa wewe ndiye uliyeviumba vitu vyote….”
2.Kwa sababu Mungu hupenda kukaa (huketi) katika sifa za watu wake Israel (walioamini) [zaburi 22:3] “ Na wewe umtakatifu uketiye juu ya sifa za Israel”.
3. Ni njia moja ya kumtambua, kumkubali na kumweleza Mungu jinsi tunavyomjua, au kumuona au kusikia au kusoma habari zake katika Neno la Mungu hatimaye tunamuenzi atamalaki maisha yetu au katika Ibada amiliki na kuongoza yeye.
4.Kama waumini tumeitwa kumsifu na kumwabudu yeye .[1Petro 2:9] “ Bali ninyi ni mzao mteule, ukuhani wa kifalme, taifa takatifu, watu wa milki ya Mungu, mpate kuzitangaza fadhili zake (yaani sifa zake biblia ya kingereza inasema) yeye aliyewaita mtoke gizani mkaingie katika nuru yake ya ajabu.
5.Ili kuwajulisha maadui zetu (shetani) ukuu, uweza  na nguvu za Mungu wetu, hii husababisha Imani zetu kukua na kuongezeka na hatimaye majaribu na matatizo tunayokumbana nayo katika maisha kupungua au kuyeyuka na Mungu wetu kuwa mkuu na ndipo tunaona ushindi wa Bwana.
·         Unavyozidi kumtukuza Mungu wako ndivyo Mungu huwa karibu nawe na kuwa Mkubwa zaidi, na shetani huwa mdogo na kukimbia kuwa mbali nawe.
6.Sababu kusifu ni Amri kwa kila kiumbe sio uchaguzi au kujisikia. [zaburi 150:6] Kila  mwenye pumzi amsifu Bwana , Haleluya”.
·         Hapa tunapata changamoto ya kuifanya huduma ya kumsifu Mungu mtindo wa maisha yako binafsi yaani wakati wote sio hadi uwe ibadani ,fellowship au  katika semina tu.
(iii)             Jinsi ya kutambua nyimbo za sifa na zisizo za sifa na namna ya kutunga wimbo mpya.
Ni vema kama wewe kiongozi wa sifa uwe na orodha ya nyimbo au pambio nitakozozianisha hapo chini kwa makundi ya aina za ujumbe wa sifa. Sio kuimba pambio zile zile ulizosikia au ulizozowea na ndio maana hazikugusi wala kumgusa Mungu sababu umezizowea na hujiachiia kwa Roho Mtakatifu autengeneze uwe mpya ( ahuishe wimbo) sababu huna muda wa maandalizi binafsi ukautafuna wimbo ukawa wako na kukuunganisha na Mungu. Neno linasema “mwimbieni Bwana wimbo mpya”. Unaweza ukatunga wimbo kila siku ukipania na kumsikiliza Roho Mtakatifu.Unapoabudu katika Roho Mtakatifu hukuletea sauti ‘melody’ nzuri katika lugha na baadaye unaweza weka maneno ya lugha yako. Nilipokuwa kiongozi wa sifa kila wiki nilitunga pambio jipya au Roho Mtakatifu alinikumbusha, pambio za nchi zingine au za zamani nikazitengeneza kwa upya (kuzimodify)na  za makabila mengine nikazitafsiri, sawa na ujumbe wa wiki kama uweza au kuinua, shukrani, upendo wa Mungu na pambio hilo likanishushia uwepo wa Mungu na hata wanakikundi cha sifa likawabariki katika mazoezi yetu na kuwagusa washirika katika ibada na uwepo wa Mungu kushuka kwa nguvu isivyokawaida.
 Angalizo: Ewe kiongozi wa sifa, au muimbishaji si kila wimbo au pambio lenye mdundo wa haraka unaochezeka ni sifa lazima uwe na meneno yenye maana niliyotoa kuhusu sifa ni nini. Mfano: Ameniona x10 wanarudiarudia sio sifa , Nimeamua sitarudi nyuma, Naimbaimba sababu nimeokoka ,Nimeamua ooh sitarudi nyuma hata iweje..”Mnara wa babel lazima uanguke,mifano ya nyimbo hizo sio sifa ni ushuhuda na  kujitia moyo na kujihurumia. Unakuta tunapoteza muda katika ibada na Mungu hadhihiriki sababu tunajifariji na kutiana mioyo na kutambiana badala ya kumhudumia Mungu kwa kumsifu yeye. Au “ Yende mbele Injili wee yende mbele, sio SIFAAA. Huo ni wimbo wa mkutano wa Injili. Sikuachi usiponibariki eeeh.
Muimbishaji wa sifa uwe na ufahamu wa kiroho, ULIJUE neno linavyomwelezea Mungu katika Zaburi, ufunuo, Isaya, Ezekiel n.k. umjue Mungu ili unapoimbisha umpambe na kumwelezea Mungu kwa wasifu wake, tabia , uweza ,matendo ili wanaoitikia au kusikiliza wafunuliwe na kumjua huyu Mungu ndipo Mungu anawagusa, sio unaimbisha maneno yale yale uliyosikia katika hilo pambio likiimbwa huna ubunifu wowote wala kuzama kufunuliwa na Roho Mtakatifu. Usitegemee mguso wa Mungu kwako wala unaowaombisha. Japokuwa mara nyingine Mungu hushuka kwa neema anatuchukulia sawa na upeo wetu kuna wakati utagota kuimba nyimbo zilizozoeleka.
(v)Njia zinazotumika kumsifu Mungu na aina ya nyimbo za sifa.
·         Majina ya Mungu  na maana yake.
Pambio au nyimbo za kumsifu Mungu ziwe na maneno yafuatayo.:
1.                  Nyimbo za Shukrani [zab 100:4] “ ingieni malangoni mwake kwa kushukuru…. Shukrani ni hodi ya kuinigilia katika uwepo wa Mungu unapotaka kuomba ua kabla ya kumsifu na kumuabudu shukuru. Pia kiongozi anaweza akapanga nyimbo za shukrani tupu na kuabudu sawa na matukio ya kikanisa na uongozi wa Roho Mtakatifu katika wiki hiyo. “shukrani zikilenga katika kusema Wema wa Mungu, matendo yake na kazi ya Msalaba ya Yesu na upendo wa Mungu huwa na nguvu sana.
2.                  Nyimbo za ushindi .“ Ni Bwana wa vita, hakuna wa kufanana na Yesu, umeshinda vita Bwana. ‘ u Mwamba Yesu u mwamba, mshindi…
3.                  Nyimbo kuhusu Nguvu za Mungu,uweza, upekee ,matendo na uumbaji wa Mungu. “viumbe vyote vinakutukuza, “ni wewe mwenye uweza, “Hakuna Mungu kama wewe”.
4.                  Nyimbo za kumtukuza Mungu na kumpa utukufu na sifa na heshima. Yeye kama Baba, Muumbaji, Mfalme, Mchungaji na Bwana wetu.
5.                  Nyimbo za kumwinua Mungu, kuinua na kusifu  majina yake mfano: Uinuliwe Mungu wetu, Bwana wa maBwana uinuliwe, inua majina yake.
6.                  MAJINA YA MUNGU NA MAANA YAKE.Mpambe Mungu kwa majina na matendo yake atajidhihirisha kwako kama unavyomjua.
·         Jehova yire –Mungu mtoajij(Bwana atajipatia);
·         Jehova shamma- Mungu yuko hapa,
·         Jehova Nisi- Bendera ya ushindi wangu,
·         Jehova shalom- Mungu wa amani yetu,
·         Emmanuel -Mungu pamoja nasi,
·         Elshaddai- Bwana utoshelevu wangu ,
·         Elolam- Mungu wa milele
·         Adonai -Mungu mwenye enzi yote
·         Elgibor – Mungu mwenye nguvu
·         Elohim- Mungu  muumbaji
·         Eloheeka – Bwana Mungu wako
·         Eloheenu- Bwana Mungu wetu
·         Elelyon- Mungu uliye juu (most high God)
·         Jehova Roy- Bwana Mchungaji wangu
·         Jehova Mekkadishkem- Bwana ututakasaye
·         Jehova Tsidkemu- Bwana ni haki yetu
·         Jehova Ralpha- Bwana utuponyaye
·         Ebenezer- Bwana utusaidiaye( hata sasa Bwana ametusaidia)
·         Jahzera – Bwana ni mlinzi wangu
·         Hephziba(Delight)- Bwana ananifurahia
·         Jina la Yesu, Mshauri wa ajabu, Baba wa milele Mungu mwenye nguvu, Mfalme wa amani, Alpha na Omega , wa kwanza na wa mwisho  Mwokozi, Messiah, Kristo, Mwanakondoo na Bwana wa Mabwana. n.k
7.                  Nyimbo za shangwe na furaha. “ Nakushangilia ee Mungu wa miungu, shangwe haleluya, furaha furaha mfalme Yesu anatawala”.
8.                  Nyimbo kuhusu nguvu ya damu ya Yesu, jina la Yesu na kazi ya msalaba.
9.                  Nyimbo kuhusu upendo, wema, huruma, uaminifu wa Mungu yaani kuhusu tabia au matendo ya Mungu.
10.              Kuna pambio za kumtambua au kumsifu Yesu, kama mponyaji, Mwokozi, Mfalme, Mesiah, Hossana, Mfalme, mwanakondoo ,Jemedari na mwana wa Mungu n.k
11.              Nyimbo za kumkaribisha, kumtambua na kumsifu  Roho Mtakatifu.
12.              Nyimbo za kuwakaribisha watu au kuwahamasisha watu kusifu .kwa mfano: “Njooni tumwimbie Bwana , sifuni ooh imbaimba, Bwana asifiwe Amen haleluya , ‘Tuko pamoja tena tukimsifu Mungu’, ‘kuna kitu leo nyumbani mwa Bwana’.  Kiongozi kumbuka usipoteze muda sana katika nyimbo hizi bado hujaanza kusifu ziimbwe kwa ufupi watu wasifu Mungu wao kwa nyimbo za sifa za moja kwa moja. Na mara nyingine tunapoteza muda katika nyimbo za Tenzi za rohoni ambazo nyingi ni shuhuda au  na kujitia moyo na nyimbo nyingine zina beti kumi ukiimba tatu  zatosha utoe muda wa kutosha  kumsifu Mungu, tunakula muda wa sifa za Mungu maana tunazikatisha.Hata kama kanisa lenu linatumia tenzi au mwimbieni Bwana wakati wa sifa jaribu kutafuta nyimbo zenye jumbe za sifa katika hicho kitabu kama ni wa kutia moyo uwe mfupi au mmoja ili tupate muda wa kutosha kumsifu Mungu. Zile nyimbo za vitabuni za shuhuda, au kutia moyo au uinjilisti zitumike katika vipinidi husika. Ndio maana maandalizi ya wiki, au siku kadhaa kabla nimuhimu! Sio kuchagulia nyimbo ibadani.Waimbishaji mnakera watu na zaidi Bwana hapati huduma anayohitaji kwetu ili naye atuhudumie ipasavyo.
Pia kiongozi waweza andaa sifa Mchangayiko kama Roho anavyokuongoza na pia sawa na bit ya ngoma unavyoweza kuunganisha hata kama pambio uliyopata inakubaliana na bit ya wimbo uliopita kama hauna maneno ya sifa usiuweke au ukiupanga au kuimba basi badili maneno yawe ya sifa za moja kwa moja yaani maneno ya kumtukuza Mungu katika aina hizo hapo juu. MAANDALIZI YA MAPEMA MUHIMU. Tunatoa muda sana  kujiandaa kuwapa watu ujumbe kwa nyimbo za kwaya lakini kumhudumia Bwana tunalipua.
Angalizo:Muimbishaji au “Song leader”jieupushe na kuwaambia  au kuwapendeza watu katika sifa (uimbaji wa show) , wahamasishe watu na huku unapoimbisha jitahidi kumwambia Mungu moja kwa moja kama unamwona yuko mbele yako kwa kumaanisha kwa hisia ukivuta uwepo wa Mungu sio kurembesha tu sauti. Sifa za moja kwa moja kumwendea Mungu “ umetenda, unaweza , tunakushukuru, ninakutukuza, nakupa utukufu, hakuna kama wewe sio kama yeye hayo ni mahubiri au ushuhuda. Ni rahisi sana kumgusa Mungu akashuka kumwambia moja kwa moja kuliko kauli taarifa.
Ni muhimu kiongozi wa Sifa na kuabudu (Praise Leader) anayesimamia sifa na waimbaishaji wa sifa ma (song Leaders) kuwa na daftari la orodha ya aina za nyimbo katika sifa na kuabudu pia. Hii ni nzuri inawasaidia kuwa na upana wa nyimbo na kuepuka kurudia nyimbo zilezile kila jumapili. Pia kutokuwa na orodha ya pambio au nyimbo kunafanya waimba sifa kuiga nyimbo za kuhamasisha katika mikutano ya Injili ambazo huwa hazishushi uwepo wa Mungu ila kufurahisha tu na kuhamasisha watu kuwavuta wasikie neno. Kiongozi mkuu wa sifa yaani Praise Leader anayesimamia waimbishaji wengine au mwalimu, lazima uzipitie nyimbo alizopanga muimbishaji wa zamu ziwe zimeandikwa hata mapambio, uzirekebishe uchaguzi au mpangilio wa ujumbe na beat ya ngoma. Na wewe ‘songleder’ muimbishaji wa zamu uwe na utii kwa kiongozi wako na kufundishika kazi ya Bwana iende mbele na uwepo wa Mungu ushuke katika ibada usijisikie vibaya mbona kanikosoa au ananipangia nyimbo hapana ni kazi yake na amepakwa mafuta kwa huduma hiyo yakupasa uwe mwanafunzi wa Roho mtakatifu na yule aliyewekwa juu yako. “ Makanisa ya huduma ya sifa iliyofanikiwa yanakuwa na Mchungaji au Viongozi wa sifa na kuabudu. “Praise Leader” wanaosimamia maono hayo kikamilifu sio wiki hii huyu mara yule, leo hayupo.
Pia huduma ya sifa na kuabudu inayofanikiwa ni ile inayosimamiwa na “Praise Leader” au Mwalimu mwenye kipawa, upako katika kuongoza na kufundisha sifa na kuabudu .Praise Leader au Mwalimu ndiyo muongoza maono siyo Mwenyekiti au matron au Mchungaji au mama Mchungaji hawa wengine ni waangalizi , washauri na walinda nidhamu au kutatua matatizo au kutoa maamuzi ya jambo lililomzidi kiongozi wa sifa. Kama mmoja wa hawa anakipawa katika sifa na kuabudu basi anaweza kusimamia. Viongozi wengine katika sifa zaidi kazi yao ni kushauri inapobidi au kumjengea uwezo na kumfanya Praise Leader kukubalika kwa wanasifa na Kanisa kwa ujumla. Yeye ndiye ataandaa nyimbo za kufundisha katika mazoezi au za kuimba ibadani. Kama atampa mtu kuimbisha nyimbo alizopanga muimbaji wa zamu Praise leader ndiyo atazipitisha. Sababu yeye ndiye mwenye wito na mzigo wa kuomba, kumsikiliza Roho Mtakatifu kujifunza au kutunga nyimbo mpya. Na ndio maana hatakiwi kufanya kazi nyingine isipokuwa hiyo. Kama Walawi na wana wa Asafi.Walikaa hekaluni kazai yao ilikuwa hiyo tu kusifu. Huduma ya sifa ikiendeshwa na Mwenyekiti au kwa Demokrasi itakuwa na mafarakano na wanasifa kuvunjika moyo na haitakua, sababu itambana muongoza sifa.

(i)VIUNGO VYA KUSIFU ( mambo yanayonogesha au kukamilisha sifa.
Kanuni za sifa
1.                  Sifa lazima ziambatane na uhai, furaha na shangwe na kelele uhai kwa muimbishaji, waitikiaji wa kundi lake wanaosimama mbele lazima wawe na uhai, kuchangamka, haiwezekani washirika wakachangamka wanasifa wamezubaa kwani wao huambukiza hali yao au  roho walizonazo kwa waumini. [zaburi 95:1]“Njooni tumwimbie Bwana, tumfanyie Bwana shangwe mwamba wa wokovu wetu”.[Philip 4:4] “ Furahini katika Bwana siku zote  tena nasema furahini”  wadada na wamama wapige vigelegele sio ushamba Mungu anavihitaji, pia wababa wapige mayowe na Miluzi ni SAUTI ZA Mungu tumpe.Mtumishi mmoja alisema hapana miluzi sio yetu waumini, kila kitu ni chetu na Mungu anakihitaji kinachojalisha umepiga kwa nia gani na wapi.
2.                  Kupiga makofi: [zaburi 47:1]“ Enyi watu wote pigeni makofi ,mpigieni Mungu kelele kwa sauti ya shangwe”.Kumsifu Mungu lazima kuambatane na kupiga makofi, anasema na kelele kwa sauti za shangwe.. nimeongoza sifa kwa miaka kumi katika makanisa ambayo hayakuwa na vyombo, tuliwafundisha watu kupiga makofi, na ndiyo ilikuwa mdundo (beat) ya ngoma, pia kushangilia na kupiga kelele na Tulibarikiwa na Roho wa Bwana alishuka ,Mungu alitembelea watu kila ibada. akawahudumia watu kwa unabii, neno la maarifa na uponyaji. Upako katika sifa si vyombo vya muzikini  mioyo iliyo tayari kumwabudu mungu na kumaanisha kwa waimbaji na washirika.
3.                  Kuruka na kucheza : Kwa kuwa sifa ni furaha na shangwe lazima ziambatane na kucheza na kuruka. Unakuwa umempa Mungu dhabihu za sifa nguvu na  mwili wako pia. [zaburi 150:4] “ Mwimbieni Bwana kwa matari na kucheza.[Malaki 4: 2b] “kwenu ninyi wenye haki nanyi mtatoka nje na kuchezacheza kama ndama wa mazizini”.[2Samweli 6:14]  “Daudi akacheza mbele za Bwana kwa nguvu zake zote na Daudi alikuwa amevaa nguo za naivera. Tunajifunza kwamba kumbe tunacheza mbele za Bwana si mbele za watu. Ukilijua hilo utasahau umri, hadhi na cheo chako kama Daudi. Na mkewe Mikali ambaye alimcheka au kumdharau alilaaniwa hakupata watoto maisha yake yote. Ndivyo ilivyo muumini asiyemsifu Mungu ipasavyo hatazaa matunda maana hataonja uwepo wa Mungu unaotuwezesha kumtumikia Mungu.  Kama ni tatizo kwako kumchezea Bwana basi hujamjua 
Mungu wako au kuna mahali huwa unacheza tofauti na nyimbo za Mungu. Ni kweli maumbile yako tofauti hata asiyekuwa na kipawa cha kucheza ana namna ya kuonyesha furaha yake asiwahukumu walopewa neema ya kucheza.
4.                  Vyombo vya muziki kama vipo vitumike kumsifu Mungu,barugumu,zeze, matoazi yaliayo, magitaa, drums (ngoma) matari, “keyboard”- kinanda, tarumbeta na filimbi. [zaburi 150:3-5) “Msifuni kwa mvumo wa barugumu…..
5.                  Kuonyesha maneno mnayoimba kwa matendo (demonstration)
·         Furaha na shangwe – huonyeshwa kwa kupunga mikono hewani au kuzungusha vidole, vigelegele,miluzi na kucheka, tabasamu.
·         Ushindi au nguvu au uweza wa Mungu-huonyeshwa kwa  kufunga ngumi na kuinua mkono juu kwa nguvu.
6.Vifaa vinavyotumika katika sifa:
Vitambaa au leso au mitandio vya kupepeza.
i)                    Bendera ndogo na kubwa na matambara (barnrers) yenye maandishi ya kumtukuza Mungu na Yesu Kristo kama wafalme na washindi.
ii)                  Ribbons za karatasi au vitambaa zinafungwa ndefu kiasi zinachanganywa rangi zinapepezwa na waimbaji kama ishara ya kumfanyia Bwana sherehe na kumpamba. Pia vimetameta kutupa madhabahauni.
iii)                Matawi ya miti yaweza tumika kama ilivyokuwa walipomshangilia Yesu Hossana mwana wa Daudi kwa mitende.
iv)                “Disco lights’ taa za kuwakawaka na moshi wa drums vyaweza kuongezea uzuri katika kumsifu Bwana
v)                  Mikia ya wanyama au vimiti vilivyoandaliwa kwa ajili ya uchezaji na kuhamasisha.
vi)                Pia mapulizo makubwa yenye vijiti vya kushikia au yanafungwa pamoja na kupepezwa, pia yanaweza tupwa juu wakati wa sifa kumshanmgilia na kumpamba Bwana.Kumubuka Mungu ni mrembo amejipamba kwa utukufu na rangi na dhahabu na madini ambayo hujawahi yaona wala kusikia hivyo anatakiwa apambwe na sisi watu wake. Tusiwe tu tunawapambia viongozi wa nchi tu na maarusi na Mungu tunamchukulia kirahisi. Au unasema tunajipamba kiroho mbona hata makofi na vigelegele tunakulazimisha tu upige?
Haya yote yanafanyika kila kimoja katika siku yake sawa na Roho Mtakatifu atakavyomuongoza muongoza sifa wa zamu.
Nataka niondoe mtazamo mbaya wa watu wasio na uelewa, hudhani kwamba muimbaji au kikundi kinapoimba kwa kuchangamka sana au kucheza sana hufikiri hayuko kiroho au hawako kiroho au huona wako mwilini au haina maana yoyote wanajifurahisha tu sivyo. Kama Mungu amekutendea mambo makuu na umetambua neema yake utamsifu kama kichaa.Na pia binadamu tunatofautiana namna tunavyodhihirisha furaha zetu. Kama wewe huna neema katika kipawa au huduma fulani usimhukumu aliyepewa neema eneo hilo alimradi anatimiza neno au hamuumizi mtu na hatendi dhambi. Wengine husema mimi napenda tu nyimbo za kuabudu au za polepole ni kukosa ufahamu ni sawa na kusema mimi napenda mboga tu wali au ugali hapana. Napenda chai  tu sio mkate. Tukimsifu Mungu hushuka katikati yetu ndio tunamuabudu. Mlo kamili ni muhimu kwa afya ya mwili sio chakula cha aina moja tu. Pia Mungu wetu anayahitaji hayo yote. Ninapovuviwa na roho Mtakatifu naweza kucheza ,kuruka na kuzunguka kama si mama mtu mzima, hata najishangaa , na hata nilipokuwa mja mzito karibu kujifungua niliruka na kucheza katika Roho Mtakatifu watu waliogopa ila sikupata madhara yoyote. Na nilijifungua haraka haraka.
Na watu wazima wengine hudhani kwamba kucheza sana ni kwa ajili ya vijana , nadhani Daudi alicheza kwa nguvu zake zote alikuwa na miaka zaidi za arobaini (40) tunaita ni mtu wa makamu. Pia Biblia inatuambia nafsi zetu na vyote vilivyo ndani yetu vikimsifu Mungu, ujana wetu utarejeshwa kama Tai hata kama tunajisikia kuzeeka. [zaburi 103:5] Aushibisha mema uzee wako na ujana wako ukarejezwa kama Tai.Nilihudumu wimbo wa sifa katika harusi moja ya wasioamini na walikuwa wakinywa pombe. Uwepo ulishuka kiasi walevi walificha bia chini ya viti na wote wakacheza na kusifu Mungu, wimbo ulipoisha Mc alikuwa hajaokoka alianza kuhubiri Injili akisema Yesu alivyomwema na kusifia wokovu na walokole kwa ujumla.

(ii)Kanuni za sifa au Mambo yanayosaidia huduma ya sifa kufanikiwa:
(b)               Waliopakwa Mafuta katika sifa na kuabudu ndio waongoze:
Kama unajijua una wito katika huduma ya kuongoza sifa na kuabudu ni muhimu ukazingatia mambo muhimu ya kuzingatia kama kiongozi wa sifa. Ni lazima tujue kuwa si waimbaji wote wamepakwa mafuta kuongoza sifa na kuabudu hata kama ni masololisti wazuri katika kwaya. Ni wale waliotengwa katika huduma kama Walawi au wana wa Asafi.japo Israel wote waliimba sifa kwa Mungu na “kusifu ni amri au lazima  kwa kila mwenye pumzi”. [zaburi 150:6] ila kuongoza ni yule mwenye Neema. Ndio maana Makanisa mengine hayabadilishi badilishi waongoza sifa.wachache waliopakwa mafuta waliojitoa kikamilifu na kuimba katika roho na kweli na kumsikiliza Roho Mtakatifu  katika huduma hiyo ndio  wanaongoza ili kutunza uwepo wa Mungu,utawajua wakati wanapoimbisha  muda mfupi uwepo wa Mungu  hushuka.
Angalizo:Ila pia wapowaimbaji wakifundishwa kanuni za sifa na kuabudu na kuombewa kuambukizwa na kufanya zoezi na wenye neema hiyo. Wanaweza kuwa waongoza sifa wazuri.
(c)                Waongozaji wa nyimbo mtofautishe mnapoongoza sifa mnamhudumia Mungu na mnapoimba kwaya au kuhudumu mikutanoni mara nyingi mnahudumia watu sawa na ujumbe wa wimbo. Muimbaji wa kwaya au mwimbaji binafsi (huduma kwa watu) anaweza akaanguka dhambini na akaendelea na huduma ikawa na upako na wapambe wake kumfurahia “vipaji vya Mungu havina majuto,” na nyimbo si zinatoka katika cd aliyorekodi wakati anaupako na yuko safi. ila kikombe chake kikijaa atavuna. Lakini muimbaji wa sifa huwezi ukaendelea na huduma katika upako na kumgusa Mungu ukianguka dhambini utakwama hakuna upako au Mungu kudhihirika ni lazima kujitakasa na kuomba maombezi katika vifungo vya udhaifu unaokukabili. (d)               Si vema waalimu,Wachungaji, wazee au walezi wa vikundi vya sifa kumpa mtu kuimbisha sifa na kuabudu muimbaji kwa kushtukiza bila kujiandaa mwambie wiki kabla au siku tatu nne, au leo kama atahudumu kesho, usimpe kuimbisha sifa ili  kumfurahisha au kwa sababu ana sauti nzuri lazima awe amefahamika na ushuhuda wa maisha yake ni safi na awe anamjua Mungu vema na ni muhimu anaweza pewa kuimba nyimbo za kawaida au nyimbo binafsi . Kiongozi wa sifa apate mafunzo kama haya. Na wanaojiunga na kikundi cha sifa wasiwe wageni wapewe muda wafahamike kufundishwa Neno na uhusiano na Mungu pia wanapotaka kujiunga wafanyiwe usaili kabla ya kujiunga wakubaliwe au kukataliwa au kuwa katika matazamio. Ikibidi Mchungaji na wazee wakishirikiana na Praise Leader au Mwalimu wa waimbaji ndio wachague watu wenye neema ya kuwa katika kundi la sifa isiwe kama waimbaji wanavyokuja kujiunga na kwaya mwenye wito asiyenao twende. Wengine hutaka tu kuonekana mbele bila kujua gharama ya wito wa Uimbaji. Huduma ya Sifa inavyoendeshwa:
Kundi la sifa na kuabudu lisimamiwe na Praise Leader (Kiongozi mkuu wa sifa) Sifa haziwezi kuongozwa kwa Demokrasi yaani mnakuja katika kipindi bila mwalimu au PL kuandaa chochote mnachagua muimbishaji au kupendekeza nyimbo mnapokutana “that is very wrong”. Hiyo ni makosa kabisa huduma hiyo haitasimama wala haitaendelea siku zote mtaimba nyimbo za zamani na Bwana anataka wimbo mpya na Mungu hutumia mtu mmoja kufikisha ujumbe au kuendesha huduma yake wengine watasaidia au kushiriki kutimiza maono hayo. Ni kweli Kiongozi wa sifa anahitaji kushauriwa pia au ukitaka kufundisha wimbo au kushirikisha jambo kwa wanasifa wasiliana na Praise Leader wiki moja kabla siku tatu mbili kabla, sababu naye anakuwa ameandaa mambo mengi ya kufundisha sio siku ya kipindi ndio unasema nina cha kufundisha unamtweza kufundisha vitu ambavyo ameviandaa kwa maombi na kutoa muda mwingi wa maandalizi, akikuambia utafundisha siku nyigine usikwazike, usimseme vibaya wewe ndio mwenye makosa. Unapomsema vibaya Mtumishi wa Mungu anafungika muombee mbariki mrekebishe kwa upendo kuilinda huduma ya Mungu. Mchungaji au Mama Mchungaji au Mwenyekiti, au Mzee mlezi wa kundi la sifa, kazi yao kumshauri Kiongozi  na wanakikundi, kuwafundisha nidhamu, na kuwaombea kila mara kufunguliwa na ulinzi. Sifa na kuabudu haiongozwi kwa demokrasi, kwa mfano: kuchagua nyimbo na kundi, muimbishaji wa zamu ndiye ataandaa nyimbo kwa maombi na uongozi wa Roho mtakatifu. Maana hawezi imbisha nyimbo asizoziweza au ambazo hazimzamishi. Pia Mchungaji amuaminishe  kiongozi wa sifa na kumjengea kuaminiwaa na washirika. KUWA KIONGOZI WA SIFA anayeimba katika roho na kweli ,NI MZIGO, HATARI NA VITA sio starehe au ufahari kama watu wanavyofikiri. Kiongozi wa sifa atatoa ripoti kwa Mzee mlezi au kama ni mama Mchungaji au Mzee wa  Kanisa kama ndio mlezi wa sifa.
(iv)Wajibu wa kiongozi wa sifa:
1.                Kiongozi wa sifa lazima awemuombaji, mwenye kumtafuta Mungu amuongoze pia kuomba upako mafuta katika sauti, maneno na muziki..Waimbishaji wengine ni wazuri katika kurembesha sauti, kuhamasisha watu wasifu na kucheza lakini hakuna upako au mafuta. Kiongozi wa sifa wewe ni askari wa mbele kama Walawi kombora likitumwa juu ya Kanisa au Wachungaji linawapiga kwanza waimba sifa na waombezi legelege kabla ya Wachungaji. Lazima uwe muombaji upate nguvu na ulinzi wa Mungu.Muulize Mungu kila wiki ni nyimbo (pambio) zipi utaziimba kuwaongoza watu wamsifu Mungu katika ibada inayofuata. Wakati mwingine matukio au ratiba ya kinachofanyika Kanisani kitakupa ujumbe wa nyimbo za aina gani za sifa. Utazijua nyimbo hizo zitaanza kuimba moyoni mwako, au mtu mwingine atakuimbia , au utasikia katika kanda au radioni na nyimbo hiyo itakugusa sana, au utaota unaimba nyimbo hiyo au , ukiingia katika maombi itakuja na ukiimba itakuzamisha na kuleta uwepo wa Mungu. Andika pambio zinazoendana kiujumbe au kwa beat (mdundo)na pambio hilo moja upate mtiririko kamili wa sifa za ibada moja zisizidi pambio nne kama utaimba kwa ufupi kama ni kwa kirefu mbili hadi tatu..utaongeza za kuabudu mbili au moja kama ina mguso itatosha kuwafikisha watu patakatifu.
2.                Fanyia mazoezi pambio hizo kabla ya Ibada :
Tusidharau uimbaji wa sifa tukaona ni kitu rahisi sababu ni mapambio. Ni lazima kiongozi wa sifa uwe na muda wa kujiandaa. Kuongoza sifa ibadani ni kama umepewa tender ya kuandaa chakula (cattering). Huwezi waletea watu chakula kibichi katika sherehe au unaanza kupikia ukumbini unachambua mchele na nyama mbichi harusi inaendelea. Lete mlo kamili tayari kwa kuliwa.Ni muhimu kufanyia mazoezi nyimbo ulizopanga wewe kiongozi uliyepewa kuimbisha. Utakapokuwa ukifanyia mazoezi nyimbo hizo utajua mtiririko unafaa au ubadilishe wimbo wa kwanza uwe wa pili au wa mwisho au uondoe kabisa wimbo fulani. Nyimbo za kuhamasisha zisizogusa sana zianze mwanzo ule wimbo unaogusa sana au kuleta uwepo wa Mungu uwe wa mwisho katika sifa karibu na kuabudu. Pia ni vema kufanya mazoezi na wanakikundi cha sifa mwaweza pangana stepu za mapambio na baadaye kumpa nafasi Roho Mtakatifu na baadaye watu wakivuviwa mtu anakuwa huru kumchezea Bwana anavyoongozwa, kuomba pamoja muhimu ili muwe katika umoja. Mtakapokuwa katika mazoezi yenu mkijiandaa zile nyimbo kama zimewagusa na kushusha uwepo wa Mungu katika mazoezi yenu zitawapeleka patakatifu pa patakatifu pia na washirika ibadani. Ili kuzuia kupanda na kushuka, usipange watu zaidi ya wawili katika sifa ibada moja,kama ni wawili mmoja aimbe sifa mwingine kuabudu au huyo mmoja amalizie hadi mwisho kupanda mmoja kwa moja.
3.                Uwe msomaji wa Neno : Kiongozi wa Sifa (yule anayesimamia sifa) au muimbishaji unatakiwa uwe msomaji wa Neno ili umjue Mungu , Yesu na Roho Mtakatifu, kazi zao, nguvu zao na tabia zao walivyo na unapoimbisha sifa uimbe habari zao  kama Biblia ilivyowaeleza na kwa kumtegemea Roho Mtakatifu atakufunulia na usiyoyajua ya kuimbisha yatakayomgusa Mungu na watu pia. Soma kitabu cha Zaburi utapata sifa za Mungu zilivyoimbwa na mfalme Daudi, kitabu cha Ufunuo kinaeleza jinsi Mungu anavyoketi, anavyoonekana na mwanaye Yesu na jinsi anavyoabudiwa mbinguni, vitabu vya manabii kama Isaya, Yeremiah ,vitabu vya Injili za Yesu utajifunza kazi alizozitenda na kazi ya Msalaba.n.k Ni vema pia kabla ya kuanza sifa ukasoma andiko moja la kuhamasisha watu kusifu au kuwaandaa sawa na ujumbe wa nyimbo kama wa shukrani, kumpa Mungu utukufu, jina la Yesu, upendo wa Mungu,sifa mchanganyiko n.k
4.                Ishi maisha safi ya utakatifu. Biblia inasema katika [zaburi 33:1b] “Kusifu kunawapasa wanyoofu wa mioyo” unyoofu wa moyo ina maana wenye haki wanaompendeza Mungu. Mungu hasikii sifa wala nyimbo za wenye dhambi au waumini wanaojichanganya na dhambi ni kelele mbele zake hata ungeimba kwa umahiri na kusifiwa na watu kama kwa Mungu hujapata kibali unapoteza muda. [1petro 1:15-16] “ Bali kama yeye aliyewaita alivyo mtakatifu,ninyi nanyi iweni watakatifu katika mwenendo wenu wote”.
5.         Imba kwa kumaanisha kwa hisia, akili, nguvu, mwili, nafsi na roho yako yote. Unapoimbisha sifa daima kumbuka nusu ya huduma unamwimbia Mungu, robo unaongoza watu, na robo unaji charge wewe mwenyewe kumgusa Mungu upate uwepo wa Mungu. Imba kwa moyo wako wote kama vile hautaimba tena na Mungu  ameketi mbele yako.Mara nyingi tunaimba kuwafurahisha watu watusifu au watutuze. Mungu ndiye atakupa thawabu na waimba kwaya au binafsi usikwepe kutunga nyimbo za sifa sababu hazina masoko kibiashara au hazina mwitikio mkubwa na watu wengi.  Mungu atakubariki yeye mwenyewe kwa njia zingine sababu umemtolea sadaka za sifa umepanda kwake lazima uvune.Iko nguvu katika sifa hata wenye dhambi huokoka kwa kuguswa na nguvu ya Mungu pasipo kuhubiriwa..
6.                  Kiongozi wa sifa uwe msikilizaji wa kanda, video na Cd za sifa na kuabudu zilizoimbwa na waimbaji wengine katika roho na kweli. Pia fuatilia katika radio za Kikristo vipindi vya kusifu na kuabudu.Wale waimbaji wataambukiza kitu kwako na ukiwa na roho ya kujifunza utajifunza kwa wengine na huyumkini ukaimba kwa upako   maradufu. Pia  kusikiliza kanda za wengine utajifunza mapambio mapya kwa ufasaha na itakupa kubuni au kutunga za kwako. Kila unapokutana na kundi la sifa utakuwa na kitu kipya cha kuwafundisha.Kuliko kuimba nyimbo umezisikia juu juu tu ibada fulani au mkutanoni.
7.                  Kiongozi wa sifa uwe na uwezo wa kumsikiliza “Roho Mtakatifu, kusoma mazingira kuna uzito waambie watu kuvunja nguvu za giza na kualika wa uwepo Mungu au waambie watu wapige makofi na vigelegele na kelele hiyo ni silaha pia ya kufukuza mapepo.Kiongozi wa sifa uwe na ujasiri wa kuhamasisha washirika, kuwaelekeza ,kuwafundisha wimbo mpya, kukatisha wimbo au maombi na  kuwaambia watu wanyamaze kimya unapohisi kuna ujumbe wa Roho Mtakatifu. Pia mwishoni namna ya umalizaji wa kuabudu wewe ndiyo uwaambie watu tushukuru kwa maombi au tupige makofi kama Mchungaji au Mzee wa Kanisa hakuchukua mic na kuendelea.USIWE MUOGA, [2TIMOTHEO 1:7] Maana Mungu hakutupa roho ya woga bali ya nguvu na upendo na moyo wa kiasi.
8.                  Praise Leader-Kiongozi wa sifa awe na uwezo wa kufundisha nyimbo, kuwaandaa wapya na wengine kuwa waongoza sifa si kubaki super star, siku akisafiri kundi linashuka chini huduma inazorota.
9.                  Kiongozi wa sifa atunze sauti, kwa kutopayuka sana katika maombi, usile vyakula vya mafuta sana nyama zilizonona, sukari nyingi haifai, siagi na vinywaji baridi kama kesho unaenda kuimba au siku hiyo tumia maji ya kawaida au vuguvugu..asali na limao , pia chumvi kidogo ni nzuri kwa koo la waimbaji.
10.              Waitikiaji au wanasifa kazi yenu si kuitikia tu katika maicrophone kuna zaidi ya hapo, muwe na uhai, usoni, kuchangamka wakati wa sifa, mkishaitikia rudi nyuma cheza, hamasisha watu, piga vigelegele, mtie moyo Song Leader muimbishaji wa zamu, msimwachie peke yake kuhamasisha vigelegele, na kuwahamasiha watu, anapoimbisha Kiongozi wa sifa tumsikilize tusipende kuitikia au kuingiza sauti hadi amalize,ndipo tuitikie.Isipokuwa kuna baadhi ya nyimbo mmoja tu afanye “backing” kufuatilia nyuma ili kuleta msisitizo anapoimbisha. Na wakati wa kuabudu Roho akishuka basi tunakuwa huru kuimba kama anavyotuongoza., waitikiaji tu “demonstrate” kuonyesha kwa matendo maneno tunayoimba, ikibidi chomoa Microphone katika stand uwe huru zaidi.
       11..Wajibu wa Washirika
            Kazi ya washirika wakati wa sifa ni kuitikia na kufuata jinsi wanasifa wanavyotuelekeza,Washirika wanatakiwa kushangilia, kuonyesha hisia zao kwa vigelegele, miluzi, kelele za shangwe. Hayo yote hupambize sifa kuzijazia pia inawatia moyo waimbishaji wa sifa walio mbele tunapoguswa na kuhamasika na kuchomoka toka katika viti na kupanga mistari mbele au katika uwazi tunaporuka. “ilinitia moyo sana nilipokuwa Kiongozi wa sifa.” Na kuona kumbe ninachotoa ni kitu sahihi na kinafika kwa watu inavyopasa. Mshirika uwe huru nyumbani mwa Bwana kumchezea Bwana na kushangilia. Japokuwa katika kucheza kiasi kinahitajika tuanze katika roho na uchezaji wa mwili hautakwaza wengine. Tujiepushe na kuiga mitindo ya uchezaji mibaya kama kukatika mauno na kuachanisha viungo mitindo hii huvuta hisia za Ngono.Uchezaji wa sifa tunaruka mwili mzima au kucheza kwa ustaarabu usiwaumize wengine. Na mavazi yawe ya heshima ili tusiwe kwazo la namna yoyote.
Nawatia moyo washirika wenye uwezo kipesa jitahidini kuwabariki waimbishaji kimahitaji , mavazi muwanunulie uniform zenye hadhi kuwatia moyo kwa vinywaji mara moja moja baada ya ibada. Huduma ya sifa ni huduma nzito sana ya vita  na mambo mengi ya kuvunja moyo uzito wake haufanani na Kwaya.
12.  Ushauri kwa Wachungaji na Wazee wa Kanisa.
Tuwachukulie waimbishaji wa sifa na mafundi wa vyombo vya muziki waliowekwa ‘special’ maalumu kwa ajili ya huduma hiyo Kanisani kama watumishi wa Mungu kamili, tuwaombee tunapoombea viongozi wa kanisa, tujitahidi kuwatia moyo viongozi wa sifa sana .Wachungaji na wazee  muwathamini waimba sifa na kuabudu ndio huwashushia uwepo wa Mungu na kuleta maana kamili ya ibada.Pia viongozi wajitahidi kukidhi mahitaji yao ya kimwili ya lazima CHAKULA, MALAZI NA MAVAZI au kuwapa pesa za posho za kuwawezesha kimaisha wasizame sana kutafuta mkate  na mahali pa kulala, huduma yao itafifia, tukiwatunza kwa kukidhi baadhi ya mahitaji yao, watatoa  muda kumtafuta Mungu, kusikiliza na kutunga nyimbo. Ni vema Mchungaji ujue kazi na mahali anapolala maisha kwa ujumla ya waongoza sifa na wanamuziki wako. Wenzetu wa nchi zilizoendelea kama Marekani na baadhi ya watumishi hapa nchini wamelielewa hili na huduma za sifa makanisani mwao zina mguso kitaifa na huleta matokeo katika maisha ya watu.Wageni kutoka nchi za nje wanapotafuta mahali pa kuabudu hutafuta K                              anisa lenye huduma ya sifa kuu na kuabudu halisi, uongozi wa Roho Mtakatifu na Neno lenye mguso (mafundisho yenye upako).
Pia wachungaji tunapowaalika waimbaji waliopakwa mafuta tusiwadharau wala kuwachukulia kirahisi, waimbaji wanaonewa na kukandamizwa wanatumiwa majina yao kupamba ibada na shughuli mikutano mbalimbali na kuleta maana kamili ya ibada. Lakini utakuta kuna makanisa makubwa ya na uwezo hawajali hata kujua waimbaji wamesafirije ,wamekunywa maji au la au kuwapa nauli. Hadi muimbaji ujieleze na kudai saana. Au Muimbaji amekuja na kundi la waimbaji, wake anapewa elfu kumi (Tshs. 10,000/-) Kama ni Kanisa dogo nadhani naye atakuja amejiandaa akijua anatakiwa achangie. Lakini kama huduma au Kanisa ni kubwa kweli pesa hiyo itatosha kukodi taxi umbali mrefu kwenda na kurudi au hata kama ana gari si litahitaji mafuta,sidhani kama ni ustaarabu waimbaji wako katika sare wapande mabasi ya abiria hata kwaya hukodi daladala zima, waimbaji wanapokuja kuhudumu wanahitaji kula, kugawana nauli au posho za kurudia makwao wengine hawana kazi inamgharimu Muimbaji mwenye maono kutumia pesa zake nyingi kuwakidhi wanaomsaidia kihuduma na wanahitaji pesa ya mfuko iwasaidie kununua uniform nyingine, nauli za kujia katika mazoezi na kuendelea kurecord. Sisi tunabarikiwa tu hata kanda zao hatununui. Tusiwatie majaribuni waimbaji kujipangia bei za kibiashara kujilinda na kuumizwa kwa kutojaliwa waliko “experience” nyuma na watumishi wasiojali. Tuwathamini na tujiandae vema kuwabariki ni watumishi wa Mungu wenye huduma ya Thamani mbele za Mungu na watu pia wanapoondoka wananung’unika inamgusa Mungu. Waimbaji pia nao ni watumishi wa Mungu kama Walawi na wana wa Asafi walivyotengwa kwa kazi hiyo kuwaandalia makuhani  uwepo wa Mungu, hivyo nao wale madhabahuni.
13.Kiongozi wa sifa atunze sauti, kwa kutopayuka sana katika maombi, usile vyakula vya mafuta sana nyama zilizonona, sukari nyingi haifai, siagi na vinywaji baridi kama kesho uanenda kuimba au siku hiyo tumia maji ya kawaida au vuguvugu.. asali na limao , pia chumvi kidogo ni nzuri kwa koo la waimbaji.
14  .Wanamuziki na usafi wa vyombo vya muziki
Mtunza vyombo vya muziki kumbuka kufua sponge za microphone kila ijmaa zitumike jumamos na jumapili safi. Mara nyingi waimbaji na wahubiri hushambuliwa na mafua mabaya, kikohozi na tonses (madonda koo) hata TB maabukizi toka sponge za Microphone, pia matundu ya microphone yapulizwe na brower pia ili kuyasafisha kila jumamosi. Muimbaji ukitumia microphone unapoona dalili ya miwasho ya koo sukutua na ‘mouth wash’ katika koo zinapatikana pharmacy pia tumia maziwa ya moto baada ya kuimbisha kwa muda mrefu ili kusafisha koo na kifua na kupata nguvu kwa vyakula vya kutia nguvu na kujenga baada ya huduma,usipokuwa makini ndio utabariki watu kiroho lakini afya yako itadhoofika. Sasa kama kiongozi wa sifa au     mtunza  muziki hapewi posho na Kanisa atamudu vipi hizo gharama? Wanavumilia tu na kuumia moyoni wakingoja wokovu wa Mungu. Sasa hayo yote Wachungaji hata hawajui Kiongozi wa sifa au wa muziki anaishije au anakula nini akikosea kidogo au kashindwa kufanikisha jambo Fulani atararuliwa madhabahuni kiasi hata upako na ari ya kuhudumu itapotea. Wachungaji wazijue hali za Kondoo wao.[Ezekiel 34:8b  bali Wachungaji walijilisha wenyewe wala hawakuwalisha kondoo zangu”…]
SURA YA 3.
(i)                 Mitazamo ya watu wengi kuhusu nyimbo za sifa na shangwe.
 Kuna dada mmoja anayemtumikia Mungu mkoa  fulani .Alitoa maoni kuhusu kanda yangu ya toleo la 5. lasifa kuu “NAKUHIMIDI” ambayo iliwagusa wengi zaidi wanaojua umuhimu wa sifa za Mungu na nguvu yake. Alisema “Mmh kanda hiyo hujaimba chochote wala sioni wimbo wa kuusikiliza isipokuwa kanda fulani ya nyuma ,ambayo ilikuwa na nyimbo za kutia moyo iliyoitwa ’Iko gharama kwa kila jambo zuri’. nilielewa jinsi ambavyo amedanganyika kama wengine wengi hudhani muimbaji akiimba nyimbo kuhusu matatizo yanayomhusu msikilizaji ndiyo mtunzi bora.Huo ni uwongo wa ibilisi, kwani hataki Mungu asifiwe anajua ni kipigo kwake na anataka aendelee kuwatesa waumini.Nyimbo kuhusu matatizo yao huwapa faraja na kujihurumia muda ule ule, baada ya wimbo kuisha au kutoka ibadani shida ziko palepale. Bali  katika sifa kuna uponyaji, kugangwa mioyo na kufunguliwa si kufarijiwa tu. Pia ilinisikitisha kwa kiwango nilichomweka huyu dada katika kumfahamu Mungu na maandiko nilijua yuko juu sana, nilimjibu hizo ni nyimbo za sifa zinamhusu Mungu na nimeziimba kumtolea Mungu sadaka baada ya kunivusha katika mapito na kunishindia vita.Sikuimbia  watu ila wanaofahamu umuhimu wa sifa na kufungua mioyo Mungu anaguswa hata ningeimba lugha wasizoelewa wengine Mungu akiguswa atawagusa wao pia . Zaidi ya yote mimi zinanigusa sana na kunipa bubujiko na furaha na machozi na Mungu ananitembelea anasema nami, naomba katika roho ninapoziimba au kusikiliza hiyo inanitosheleza sana mimi kuhusu wengine wataguswa au la mi hainihusu. Kwanza alikuwa ameboreka hata uso wake ulionyesha ana ‘depression’ (mkandamizo) Nikatambua  ana ‘disappointments” amevunjwa moyo au kuumizwa katika maisha yake ndiyo maana anapenda kufarijiwa tu au kutiwa moyo anataka wote wapende anachopenda yeye..Nilimwambia hivyo na alikubali na alikiri ndiyo maana anapenda za kutia moyo na alishasemwa na Mtumishi wa Mungu mwingine. Sikuwa na muda wa kumfafanulia kuhusu sifa. Nyimbo za sifa zina picha ya ‘Ukatoon Fulani’ ama kama mchezo wa kitoto hivi kwa watu wa mwilini lakini wa Rohoni wamegundua ndizo zinazomgusa Mungu sana. Kwani ili uuguse moyo wa Mungu lazima uwe kama mtoto usahau cheo,umri, elimu na utajiri wako.Labda nawe una upungufu wa elimu hii au shida kama ya huyu dada Mtumishi mpenda nyimbo za kutia moyo tu. Sifa ni dawa inayoondoa kabisa mikandamizo na kushuka moyo kama neno lisemavyo [Isaya 61:3]  Kuwaagizia hao waliao katika sayuni wapewe taji ya maua badala ya majivu, mafuta ya furaha badala ya maombolezo na wavae vazi la sifa badala ya roho nzito”..  Changamoto yake ilinitia moyo kuendelea kuandika makala na kutoa kitabu kuhusu sifa na kuabudu, nilijua wengi hawajapata elimu hii ya sifa na kuabudu ipasavyo, kwani ni maombi yangu kitabu hicho kiwe chuo kidogo cha kujua umuhimu wa kumsifu na kumwabudu Mungu na namna inavyotakiwa.
FAIDA NA MATOKEO YA SIFA (Kusifu Mungu)
(a)                Sifa huvuta uwepo wa Mungu yaani Mungu hushuka na kudhihirisha nguvu zake. “ maana Mungu huketi katika sifa za watu wake Israel- wamwaminio”.
(b)               Roho Mtakatifu hutembeana kuwatumia waumini kwa karama zake. Kwa Mfano: (i) Kutabiri au kutoa unabii wa kujenga, kufariji na kutia moyo au kuonya katika upendo.(ii) Roho mtakatifu hufunua yaliyositirika kwa Neno la maarifa ili kuponya. (iii) karama za mafunuo na maono hudhihirika kwa watu.
(c)                Ngome huanguka , minyororo kulegea na kuta hubomoka za vizuizi vya baraka katika maisha yetu. Kila mtu ana urithi wake wa baraka ambazo Mungu amemhifadhia, lakini tunazungukwa na ngome, kuta za uchawi na maadui ni lazima tuchukue hatua ya kuzitambua nguvu na uweza wa Mungu kwa njia ya kumsifu tutaziona zikianguka kama wanawaisrael walipotaka kumiliki Yeriko chini ya Joshau. [Joshaua 6.20 “Basi watu wakapiga kelele, na makuhani wakazipiga tarumbeta, hata ikawa watu waliposikia tarumbeta hao watu wakapiga kelele kwa sauti kuu sana na ule ukuta wamji ukaanguka chini kabisa….wakautwaa huo mji.]  .Paulo na Sila waliposifu gerezani vifungo vililegea, gereza likatikiswa na kuwa na tetemeko, Mungu alishuka waliimba kwa mioyo yao yote.[Matendo 16.25] “ Lakini panapo usiku wa manane Paulo na Sila walikuwa wakimwomba Mungu na kumwimbia Mungu nyimbo za kumsifu ….ms. 26 Ghafla pakawa tetemeko kuu la nchi, hata misingi ya gereza ikatikisika, na mara hiyo milango ikafunguka, vifungo vya wote vikalegezwa.”
(d)               Uponyaji wa mwili na kufunguliwa kutoka vifungo vya dhambi,tabia  
mbaya, au mapepo wachafu. [1Samweli 16:23 “ Ikawa ile roho mbaya kutoka kwa Mungu ilipomjilia Sauli , ndipo Daudi akakishika kinubi chake, akakipiga kwa mkono wake, naye Sauli akaburudishwa na ile roho mbaya ikamwacha.”] Kulikuwa na kipawa na upako wa sifa zinazomgusa Mungu ndani ya Daudi ndio maana alipopiga kinubi, Sauli alifunguliwa na roho mbaya ikamwacha.
Shuhuda za matokeo ya sifa.
·         “ Mama mmoja alisimama kushuhudia ameponywa Kichwa baada ya Praise team yetu  kuimba sifa kuu kanisa moja alisema ameumwa miaka sita kichwa mfululizo tangu apate ajali na alikuwa akinywa panadol mara nne tano kwa siku. Aliponywa papo hapo katika sifa siku ile kitu kilimtoka akawa mzima.
·         Mama mwingine alifunguliwa na nguvu za giza jini lilimtoka akiwa nyumba ya jirani na kanisa hakuwa ndani ya ibada, siku hiyo tuliimba nyimbo za ushindi wa Yesu na vita vya kiroho aliguswa na nguvu ya Mungu hukox2 ikamtupa chini na jini likamtoka alikuja mbio akimuuliza mzee wa Kanisa akitaka kuniona, “namtaka yule dada aliyekuwa anaimbisha…Bwana azidi kusifiwa shetani akipate cha moto na watu wafunguliwe Amen!
·         Katika kufundisha na kuongoza vikundi kadhaa vya sifa nimeshaongoza baadhi ya wanasifa waliokuwa na vifungo bila kujijua vya kuharibu picha ya wanasifa wanaposimama mbele kwa mionekano yao na uchezaji wao au walikuwa na roho za kuishambulia huduma ya sifa na mimi kama kiongozi nilipata mashambulizi sana, Na waumini walio rohoni waliowaona wanaposimama mbele wanaakisi picha zingine na mimi kama Mwalimu nilizama kumuuliza Mungu na alinionyesha matatizo yao, wengine walitumiwa kwa kauli za kujeruhi au kunikejeli Kiongozi au kuleta matengano katika kundi, wengine walitaka kuleta mambo ya uasherati, wengine roho za Yezebeli za kumiliki kundi au kunidhalilisha kiongozi niwe kama sifai au ninachofundisha sio sahihi na wengine waliidaka mioyo ya Wachungaji wapate kibali na wewe Kiongozi uonekane mbaya.  nilikuwa natoa ripoti kwa Mzee mlezi au Matron wengi tuliwaita na kuwasihi na walipokiri tulisimama nao kuwaombea kufunguliwa (Delivarance) walifunguliwa,Na wale ambao ni maurgent waliojua wamekuja kufanya uharibifu tuliomba kisirisiri maombi ya “vita vya kiroho”ili kuwang’oa [2wakorintho 10:3-6 ms.4.“tukiangusha mawazo na kila kitu kilichoinuka, kijiinuacho juu ya elimu ya Mungu… ]Maurgent hao walikimbia wenyewe,waliosaidika walikiri kwamba wamezunguka makanisa kadhaa hawakupata msaada waliishia kusemwa tu wakakimbia nakuhamia Makanisa kadhaa na sasa ni watumishi wa Mungu wazuri. Wakati mwingine inabidi Mchungaji anapopewa ripoti au akimuona mhudumu katika waimbaji haeleweki atumie mamlaka kumsimamisha Mtu mharibifu mpaka asaidike kwa maombezi ili kuilinda kazi ya Bwana hata kama ana fedha , msomi na ni kondoo mnono.
·         Hapa nashauri wachungaji na wazee ndio wachague waimba sifa na kuabudu wanaofahamika maisha ya kiroho safi na  sio mtu mgeni haeleweki au wazamani asiye na ushuhuda mzuri asiruhusiwe kujiunga katika sifa  kama uhuru ulio katika kwaya ili kuilinda kazi ya Mungu na kutompa vita visivyo na sababau Muongoza sifa na kulinda uwepo wa Mungu.Wanasifa ndio waleta uwepo wa Bwana.
·          Inasikitisha watumishi wanaopinga ukombozi au kufunguliwa kwa mtu aliyeokoka.Wanasema “yote yaliikweisha pale kalvari “ ni kweli yalikwisha ya rohoni kama ulikuwa na ukimwi au ulemavu au mapepo utapona hapo hapo sababu umeokoka? Kwa ufahamu na uzoefu wangu unapookoka ndio safari  inaanza ya kufunguliwa na kung’olewa mapando ya ibilisi yaliyokua katika nafsi na mwili maana kinachookoka ni roho .Yesu alisema kila Pando ambalo halikupandwa na baba lazima ling’olewe”ni ndani ya waumini (Kanisa) .Maana hata kuokoka ni kama kuzaliwa kwa motto. Je Mtoto akizaliwa ndio amejua na kukingwa na mabaya yote siku hiyo hiyo aliyozaliwa? Nadhani mwenye dhambi haihitaji kufunguliwa sababu hajaijua kweli na kutenda dhambi au kutumiwa na mapepo ni halali kwake, anachohitaji ni Injili ya Yesu Iokoayo kwanza atubu aokoke aliyeokoka ndiyo anahitaji kufunguliwa kama anavifungo.”mtaifahamu kweli na kweli na hiyo kweli itawaweka huru” Yohana 8:32]‘huwezi kumvua sanda maiti kama ilivyokuwa kwa Lazaro alifufuliwa kwanza ndipo akafunguliwa sanda. Kuna watu wameokoka, wanampenda na kumtumikia Mungu lakini wanatumiwa na ibilisi pasipo kujijiua au kwa kushurutishwa na pepo kwani hawapendi, na wengine huharibu kazi ya Mungu (katika uchawi,uzinzi na uchonganishi, uzushi na wengine waliotumwa na Ibilisi (wachawi na wajumbe) wanajua wana nguvu za giza na wanakuja kwa malengo kamili, wote hao hawahitaji tu kukemewa ,kutangazwa mbele, kutubishwa kinguvu au kutengwa  haisaidii tatizo kama liko ndani ni roho chafu atarudia tena  wanahitaji kuwafanyia usaili(interview) kwa upendo ndipo watakubali wanatatizo na watakiri na kuhitaji kuombewa kufunguliwa na mtumishi mwenye ufahamu wa huduma hiyo ni vizuri kama Mtumishi wa Mungu huna neema katika jambo fulani hulijui usikimbie tu madhabahuni kulipinga kwa lengo la kulinda Kondoo wako, wakati wengi wamesaidika na lina ukweli na ushahidi wa kimaandiko, na hao hao Kondoo wako na matatizo yanoyohitaji huduma unayoipinga wanaufahamu ndio unawatuma kuhamia makanisa yanayotoa huduma hizo, nyenyekea umuite mtumishi mwenye Neema akusaidie kufundisha au kufanya huduma hiyo.. Kanisani au katika huduma yako. Kwani hatujawaona waimbaji na watumishi wenye upako lakini wazinzi na waongo na matapeli? “Yakobo aliitwa na Mungu tangu tumboni lakini alikuwa na kifungo cha uongo na utapeli wa ujanja ujanja ni mpaka siku aliyokutana na Bwana wakapambana kwa mieleka “alipobadilishwa jina ndipo alifunguliwa”  Mimi binafsi pamoja na kumtumikia Mungu miaka mingi huwa nikiona udhaifu fulani wa kitabia au kuvamiwa na adui nikijiombea bila kupata upenyo ninanyenyekea nakwenda kutafuta msaada wa kuombewa Delivarance na Mtumishi mwenye ufahamu huo, kila ninapohisi kuvamiwa na kuna wakati Roho Mtakatifu huniongoza kujiombea mwenyewe pando la Ibilisi fulani litoke na kuna wakati Roho Mtakatifu huniombea mwenyewe katika lugha najikuta nakohoa,au natapika, au natoa jasho, miayo, nafunguliwa nasonga mbele. “ Njia ya mkato na yenye nguvu katika kuwafungua waumini na vifungo ni kwa sifa na kuabudu zilizo katika Roho Mtakatifu na kushusha uwepo wa Mungu oh tamani hiyo hauhitaji kuwawekea mikono.” Utashangaa kuona hata uliyedhani yuko salama anafunguliwa.
·         Wakati mwingine tulikuwa tukiimba sifa ibadani mwanamke mmoja alipiga kelele “natoka natoka na kilio… pepo zilimtoka, wengine walianza kulia na kuomba na wengi wetu walianza kukohoa, kutapika na kupiga miayo na kutokwa machozi, wengine walianguka chini, tulifunguliwa na vifungo mbalimbali washirika na waimbaji pia bila kuwekewa mikono sana Mchungaji alisimama na kukemea nguvu za giza kwa ujumla bila kumwekea mtu mkono, tuliendelea kuimba sifa, sababu tulifungua mioyo yetu yote na kwa umoja tulimtarajia Bwana akatutembelea.. Tulitoka wepesi kila mmoja kwa jinsi yake.
(e)                Sifa huondoa au kufukuza, mikandamizo, kushuka moyo, huzuni na uzito. [Isaya 61:3]  Kuwaangazia hao waliao katika sayuni wapewe taji ya maua badala ya majivu, mafuta ya furaha badala ya maombolezo na wavae vazi la sifa badala ya roho nzito”.. Ukishuka moyo au kupata mkandamizo anza kusifu Mungu, au kiri zaburi za sifa au weka kanda ya sifa na kuabudu yenye upako. Utapata ahueni na furaha  ya Bwana. “ Wala msihuzunike kwa kuwa furaha ya Bwana ndiyo nguvu yetu” [Nehemia 8.10b] usikubali shetani akuibie furaha sifu imba wimbo maana Yesu alihuzunika msalabani ili wewe upate furaha.
(f)                Nyimbo za Sifa huleta ushindi dhidi ya majaribu, vita na matatizo yanayotukabili. Kama unapitia hali ya vita jaribu silaha ya nyimbo za sifa yaani za “vita vya kiroho, ushindi, nguvu ya msalaba na damu ya Yesu na za ushindi wa Yesu,nguvu na uweza wa Mungu, uone maadui wanavyochanganyikiwa na kuuwana wenyewe kama ilivyokuwa kwa mfalme Yehoshofati na Yuda itakuwa katika vita yako.[2Nyakati 20:21-22.Naye alipokwisha kufanya shauri na watu akawaweka wale watakaomwimbia na kumsifu Bwana katika uzuri wa utakatifu, wakitoka mbele ya jeshi la Bwana. Ms. Wa 22.Walipoanza kuimba na kumsifu Bwana akawaweka waviziao ju ya Waamon, Wamoabi na wa mlima Seiri nao wakapigwa”na waligeukiana na kuuwana wao kwa wao.
(g)               Sifa huleta ulinzi katika maisha yetu. Kwa kuwa Mungu hushuka na kuketi juu ya sifa za watu wake Israel utakuwa na ulinzi kila wakati. Ukisikia majambazi yako nje fungulia radio wimbo wa sifa kwa sauti anza kuimba na familia yako piga kelele za kushangili na vigelele ukiliinua jina la Bwana, uone Bwana atakavyoshuka na kuwasikizisha sauti za jeshi kubwa la malaika wakiimba nanyi; hakuna atakayebaki hapo nje. Tuache malalamiko na kujihurumia sema na uimbe ukuu wa Mungu. Kuna mchungaji aliyewindwa na shetani auwawe maana aliwatesa wajumbe wake na kuvuruga vikao vyao kwa sifa na  maombi, kila wajumbe wa Ibilisi walipotumwa kumuua walimkuta anaimba sifa, usiku na mchana, hata njiani na wakaona utukufu wa Mungu kama wingu jeupe juu yake na malaika wanne mbele, nyuma na pembeni.Emanuel Eni aliyekuwa mjumbe wa Ibilisi amelishuhudia hili baada ya kufunguliwa katika kitabu chake. Kuna ulinzi katika Sifa.
(h)               Sifa husababisha uponyaji wa ndani au kugangwa kwa moyo ulioumizwa na kuleta faraja na ahueni. Mtie moyo mtu aliyeumizwa kusikiliza nyimbo za sifa na kuabudu na awe anaimba na kanda kwa kumaanisha hatapata faraja tu bali atapata uponyaji wa moyo na hisia kabisa. [Isaya 61: 1b “amenituma kuwaganga waliovunjika moyo……wavae vazi la sifa badala ya roho nzito ya uchungu  na maombolezo.
(i)                 Sifa humwinua na kumkuza Mungu hatimaye kukuza Imani yako. Huleta ujasiri na kuondoa hofu. Unavyozidi kumsifu Mungu ndivyo anavyozidi kuwa mkubwa na kuwa karibu na wewe. Na adui shetani huwa mdogo na matatizo yake na ndivyo huenda mbali kabisa. [Yakobo 4.7-8 “Basi mtiini Mungu, mpingeni shetani naye atawakimbia, mkaribieni Mungu naye atawakaribia ninyi .]Utamkaribia Mungu na kumpinga shetani kwa sifa na kuabudu.
(j)   Sifa husababisha watu kuokoka bila kuhubiriwa wanaguswa na Roho Mtakatifu, mara nyingi baada ya sifa na kuabudu akiita watu kuokoka wengi hujitokeza katika ibada za kawaida. Pia kuna watu wanaokuja kuharibu ibada hufunuliwa kwa neno la maarifa na muonaji akisema mbele hujitokeza kutubu. “Kanisa moja mzee mmoja alijitokeza akitetemeka na akatubu baada ya kuabudu kwamba alikuja kuvuruga ibada na kuona nini kinaendelea”.
Angalizo: Kiongozi wa sifa ikitokea watu wameguswa na nguvu za Mungu wakati wa sifa wakaanza kuomba na kububujika. Weka pambio la kuabudu na endelea tu kuimba na kuabudu pambio linazozamisha kwa sauti za chini ili wale ambao hawakufika patakatifu kwa sifa wazame na kuguswa na Mungu katika kuabudu.Anzisha tenda kuomba katika roho na ukisikia mtu ananena lugha tofauti za msisitizo waambie watu wanyamaze, watie moyo watu kutoa tafsiri au ujumbe, na wewe mwenyewe uwe msitari wa mbele kusikia sauti ya Mungu na kuwajenga, kuwainua, na kuwafariji watu.
SURA YA 4
HUDUMA YA KUABUDU.
(i)Kuabudu maana yake nini?
1.Ni  tendo la kujitoa kwa kuimba au kumwadhimisha Mungu katika roho na kweli kwa  Mungu na kuwa makini kumsikiliza, kumhisi na kuuona uwepo wake kwa kumtamani au kumhitaji sana  kwa mioyo yetu, nafsi, akili na nguvu zetu. Katika kuabudu Mungu anatugusa na tumuona katika roho akijidhihirisha kwa tabia zake za upendo, huruma, upole, uaminifu, fadhili, wema amani, furaha, rehema  na nguvu zake pia aweza kujifunua kwa mtu kama apendavyo. Neno  “Ibada” ni nomino ya kitenzi “kuabudu”. Hivyo maana ya Ibada ni kumuabudu Mungu.
2.Kuaudu ni kumwambia Mungu jinsi ALIVYO
(i)Kimwonekano (yukoje) :- Wewe ni mzuri, unapendeza, ni wautukufu, unang’aa, ni mtakatifu,  ni mtamu,wapendeza na mkamilifu.
(ii)Kuhusu mazingira yake:-uketiye kiti cha enzi, penye utukufu, patakatifu, palipoinuka, pa juu sana
(iii) Tabia zake ( ni wa upendo, huruma, upole, mwaminifu, fadhili, amani, furaha, rehema  na nguvu.
(Iv) Anavyoabudiwa  mbingunina malaika zake, maserafi, makerubi, wazee ishirini na nne, wenye uhai wanne na watakatifu walioko mbinguni.
(v)Ni kumwambia Mungu jinsi unavyomtamani,kumhusudu, unavyompenda, unavyomuenzi, unavyomhitaji na kumheshimu kwa kumsujudia na kumwinua .
(vi)Ni kumueleza Mungu yeye ni nani kwetu. Ni Baba yetu, ni Mchungaji wetu, muumbaji wangu, rafiki yetu, mfariji, Mfalme, Ni Bwana, Alfa na Omega na muumbaji wetu.
3. Kuabudu niuhusiano wa ndani na wa karibu sana kati ya Mungu na mwamini.
 Kama vile Mume na mke walivyo na uhusiano wa karibu na wanavyoonyeshana  mapenzi yao au upendo wa ndani wakiwa peke yao chumbani, ndivyo muumini anatakiwa amuabudu Mungu kwani Mungu alitupenda na bado anatupenda sisi kama mabibi harusi wake lazima tupendeke tumpe mapenzi yetu, kwani  Kuabudu ni kupokea upendo wa Mungu na kuurudisha au kutoa upendo wetu kwake kwa kutamka “Nakupenda Bwana”.huku ukimbusu na kumkumbatia Bwana katika roho  kwa machozi ya upendo. Kuabudu ni “romancing time” [mapenzi ya ndani yako na Mungu au Yesu au Roho |Mtakatifu] (Yeremiah 31:3 “ Bwana alinitokea tangu zamani, akisema naam nimekupenda kwa upendo wa milele ndiyo maana nimekuvuta  kwa fadhili zangu”. Mungu alitupenda kwa kutuchagua na kutuokoa kwa neema hata akamtoa mwanae kufa kwa ajili yetu. Lazima turudishe upendo wetu kwa kumwambia Mungu tunampenda na kujitoa kwake na kumwabudu kwa nafsi, roho, akili na miili yetu yote.
Lijue kusudi kuu la kukusanyika  ibadani ni: KUMWABUDU MUNGU.
Kuabudu ni kitenzi cha neno “Ibada” hivyo lengo kuu la kwenda ibadani ni kwenda kumsifu na kumwabudu  Mungu kwanza na ndipo Huduma zingine zifuate kama Roho anavyoongoza. Kama mwanadamu umeumbwa kumuabudu Mungu sio vitu vingine. Leo hii waumini wengi ni kawaida kabisa kumuabudu na kumhusudu Mtumishi fulani,muimbaji fulani,anaenda kanisani kuwaona au kuwasilikiza hao na wala sio Mungu, kuabudu pesa, kazi, mwanamke au mwanaume mzuri, kuupendeza mwili hata mtu yuko tayari atende dhambi  au avunje ndoa ili mradi kutimiza tamaa za mwili n.k kitu chochote unachokipenda sana na kukipa muda mwingi, au kukipa kipaumbele na kumkosea Mungu ni kuabudu miungu mingine” [kutoka 20: 1. “ Mimi ni Bwana Mungu wako usiwe na miungu mingine”].
(ii)Uwiano wa Nyimbo za kuabudu na kumwabudu Mungu.
Nyimbo za kuabudu ni nyimbo za taratibu ambazo zina maneno yenye tafsiri ya kuabudu, kujitoa, kumpenda Mungu, kumhusudu, kumuenzi na kumkubali na kumhitaji zaidi na kumwambia kama ni yeye tu astahiliye kuabudiwa. Si kila wimbo wa polepole ni wa kuabudu.
Mifano ya nyimbo zisizo za kuabudu.
1.“Wanijua vema Bwana” ni wimbo wa  maombi na kujichunguzana kujitambulisha kwa Mungu ulivyo.
2.Mungu baba uliye mbinguni, karibu Yesu ukae nami, ni maombi
3.“Wewe ni Bwana uniponyaye, mimi ni Bwana mponyaji” ni wimbo wa maombi na wa kinabii.
4.“Baba wa mbinguni nyosha mkono wako..” maombi hapo unakuwa humuabudu Mungu . Ukiabudu ipasavyo waweza pata majibu bila kuomba maana uwepo wake na utukufu umeshuka. Huna haja ya kumbembeleza Mungu njoo, shuka wakati wa kuabudu. n.k
5.Baba yetu wa Mbinguni yanipasa kushukuru, isingelikuwa ni wewe nisingelikuwa na kitu, sio kuabudu  hizo ni shukrani. Watu wanatafakari Mungu aliyotenda siyo jinsi Mungu alivyo.
Nyimbo za kuabudu zina maneno yafuatayo:-
Nakuabudu, Nakupenda, Nakusujudia, wewe ni Mtakatifu, wa upendo, Umestahili Bwana, wewe ni Mungu Mkuu, ni Baba ni mfalme, u waajabu, nakuinulia mikono, Mungu uu mwema U Mfalme, Bwana wa Mabwana, wewe ni Baba,n.k
Nyimbo za kuabudu hutusaidia kuingia patakatifu pa patakatifuni gear kubwa kutufikisha kwa Mungu. Tukishafika patakatifu pa patakatifu tunaanza kumuabudu Mungu kama Roho anavyotuongoza .Tunaanza kuimba na kuabudu katika roho Wengi wetu tukimaliza wimbo wa kuabudu tunakimbilia kuomba jiachie kuabudu Roho mtakatifu atakupa sauti, muelekeo na maneno ya kumwabudu |Mungu kwa mtindo usioujua na utaona raha katika bubujiko hilo..[Yohana 4:23-24 “ Lakini saa inakuja na saa ipo ambapo waabuduo halisi watamwabudu Baba katika roho na kweli, Mungu ni Roho nao wamwabuduo watamwabudu katika roho na kweli.]
(ii)               Mambo muhimu kufanikisha huduma ya kuabudu.
Huduma ya kuabudu iliyofanikiwa ni ile ambayo waimbaji au muimbaji ameimba hadi uwepo wa Mungu unashuka na watu wanaanza kuimba katika roho  na kuvuviwa na nguvu za Mungu na roho Mtakatifu anaanza kuhudumia watu kwa karama zake kupitia watu. Au watu wanaguswa na kuomba na kuimba katika roho , wengine hulia, na kusisimka, au kujisikia raha, kuburudishwa n.k.
1.   Kiongozi wa kuabudu aimbishe wimbo anaoujua na kumletea bubujiko la uwepo wa Mungu. Usitarajie wimbo unaoimbisha kuwagusa watu au kuwabubujisha kama wewe mwenyewe haukugusi wala kukufanya umhisi Mungu akitembea.
2.  Tumia maneno ya ndani sana yaliyozama yanayomuelezeaMungu jinsi alivyo kama mifano uliyosoma katika maana ya kuabudu. Muimbishaji usirudie tu maneno yaleyale ya pambio lilivyo uwe mbunifu kwa kushirikiana na Roho Mtakatifu kuongezea  wasifu wa Mungu alivyo, kitabia,muonekano, ukuu na ni nani kwetu.
3.Imba kwa kumaanisha kwa hisia, nafsi, akili na roho yako yote kama vile Mungu yuko mbele yako unamuona, pia mwili wako uhusike kwa  kuonyesha matendo ya mambo uanyoimba.
4. Imba kwaunyenyekevu na kuvunjika mbele za Bwana [ zaburi 51: 16] “Dhabihu za Mungu ni roho iliyovunjika na kupondeka hautadharau..”
    Kwa sifa tunaonyesha furaha zetu katika Bwana na kwa kuabudu tunavunjika na kuonyesha unyenyekevu kwa Bwana. Wakati wa kuabudu pia tunainua mikono yetu juu,au kupiga magoti au kuinama au kusujudu kwa Bwana kama ishara yak u “surrender” kusalimu amri kwamba tumateka wa Bwana yeye ni “Boss” na ni Mfalme juu ya Wafalme wote.
5.Sahau  mambo yote mtafakari Bwana kupitia maneno unayoimba kwa kumpamba Bwana jinsi alivyo. Ndio maana wengi hufunga macho wanapoabudu ili kutochukuliwa na unayoyaona kwa macho ya mwili umuone Bwana na baraka zake katika roho.
6. Uwe na Lengo na shauku (kutaka sana) kumpendeza Mungu unapoabudu, ikibidi sura iharibike mbele za watu lakini roho inampendeza kwa Bwana au kufumba macho, Uwe na nia ya kumgusa Bwana, kumhisi,kumsikia na kuonja uwepo au nguvu zake. USIIMBE TU KUTIMIZA WAJIBU AU KAMA KAWAIDA YA KILA IBADA. Imba ukitarajia kitu kwa Bwana.
7.Jiachilie Roho Mtakatifu aimbe na kuabudu ndani yako katika roho, akuvuvie uimbe wimbo mpya na lugha mpya katika roho.Baada ya wimbo wa kuabudu kukatika tunapoimba katika roho, mara nyingine kiongozi akivuvuiwa kuabudu kwa mwelekeo fulani kundi la sifa mwaweza kumfuata nyuma Kiongozi wa kuabudu anapoabudisha katika roho msitari kwa msitari na baadaye kila mtu anaenda kwa mtindo anaojaliwa na Roho Mtakatifu katika lugha. Wengi tunakimbilia kuomba kiongozi wa kuabudu anapokata wimbo USIOMBEWALA KUSHUKURU baada ya kukata wimbo wa kuabudu, ANZA KUABUDU yaani kuimba katika roho sauti yoyote anayokupa Roho Mtakatifu., unampamba Mungu kwa maana ya kuabudu uliyosoma. Waislamu huabudu kwa kuimba kwa kumaanisha na wanabarikiwa na nyimbo zao kupandisha mijini, Hata Viongozi wa dini za kikristo wapo wasiookoka lakini huimba Liturugia katika roho sababu nyimbo ile haina utaratibu na inabariki inakuwaje we uliyeokoka na una Roho Mtakatifu unashindwa kujiachia kwa Roho Mtakatifu na kuimba katika Roho USING’ANG’ANIE MAPOKEO. Kuna wakati unaweza tu ukaimba katika Roho Mtakatifu lugha unyoijua na baadaye Lugha mpya.
8.Wakati wa kuabudu wanamuziki usipige muziki wenye kelele zima bit au ngoma acha kinanda laini na WEWE  mpiga vyombo umuabudu Mungu akuguse usiishie tu kupiga kinanda wenzio wanaingia patakatifu pa patakatifu.
9.Utafiti wa Watumishi waliotembea nchi mbalimbali zenye uamsho wa kiroho wamegundua nchi hizo ni wazuri sana katika Kuabudu na hutoa muda mwingi kuabudu tofauti na nchi za Africa mashariki  ni wazuri sana katika sifa na zaidi nyimbo za uinjilisti na kutia moyo wengine hawajawahi kuabudu wakafika patakatifu au kusikia uwepo wa Mungu, kwa sababu ya kulipua au kukatisha kipindi cha kuabudu sababu wanavuta muda mwingi katika sifa na zenye jumbe za kujitia moyo. “ Nilikuwa naimbisha kuabudu kanisa moja katika semina mara moja nguvu ya Mungu zilishuka nilisikia kama moto na msisimko kila mtu aliabudu na kulia na watu walipokea nabii binafsi na maneno ya maarifa. Mama mmoja mgeni toka Kanisa lingine alikuja baada ya ibada akasema tangu niokoke sijawahi ona wala kuguswa na hali niliyoisikia ulipoabudisha.Tutoe muda wa kutosha kuimba nyimbo za kuabudu hadi tusikie uwepo wa Mungu ndipo tuimbe na kuomba katika Roho Mtakatifu. “ Mungu ni Roho nao wamwabuduo, imewapasa kumwabudu katika Roho na kweli”. Uvumilivu na subira ni  tunda la Roho muhimu katika kutembelewa na kumsikia Mungu..
SURA YA 5.
(i)         Matokeo na Faida za kumuabudu Mungu:
1. Kumsikia Mungu akisema kwa karama ya unabii ambayo huja ndani ya mtu kwa sauti ndogo ya utulivu kama mawazo anapokuwa katika kumuabudu Mungu.[ Matendo 2.13] “Basi hao walipokuwa  wakimfanyaia Bwana Ibada…,-yaani wakimwabudu Mungu Roho Mtakatifu alisema ‘nitengeeni  Baranaba na Sauli kwa kazi ile niliyowaitia.”
2.Tunapata tafsiri za Lugha tunazonena katika kumuabudu Mungu. Mwingine aweza Nena kwa lugha akatafsiri mwenyewe au mwingine akatafsiri ili watu wapate ujumbe.
3. Katika kuabudu tunapokea maneno ya maarifa. Yaani siri zilizositirika zinafunuliwa kama Mungu apendavyo. “ ugonjwa fulani juu ya mtu anayeumwa, udhaifu fulani, mawazo anayowaza, maswali anayojiuliza , au tatizo alilopitia katika maisha anapewa neno la kinabii la kumuongoza au maombezi maalumu ya kumfungua. Au mbinu za adui kupitia wajumbe zinafunuliwa baada ya kuabudu. Nikiwa Nchini Zambia binti mdogo alipita mbele na kutoa neno la maarifa akasema “kuna watu watatu wawili wanawake, mmoja mwanaume wamekuja kanisani kuvuruga ibada sio kusali Mungu anawaonya”. Baada ya ibada waliwaona watumishi.
4.Katika kuabudu tunapata Mafunuo na moano katika Roho Mtakatifu Unaweza kuonyeshwa picha za  mafumbo ukamuuliza
5.Katika kuabudu tunapata kutuliwa mizigo, faraja, burudiko, kufunguliwa, kugangwa mioyo na uponyaji wa hisia zilizoumizwa n.k
6. Katika kuabudu roho ya ukame na uzito wa kuomba hundoka tunapata roho ya neema na maombi ya kububujika yatakayokupa wepesi au upenyo.
 (ii)       Shuhuda za matokeo ya kumwabudu Mungu.
·         Kuna mama mmoja aliyekuwa na aibu sana baada ya kumaliza wimbo wa kuabudu uliomgusa Mungu watu waliabudu katika Roho Mtakatifu, yule mama aliimba mbele katika Roho Mtakatifu na sauti ilibadilika kama si yake kwa ujasiri akionyesha kwa matendo wimbo mpya alikuwa hajitambui na watu waliguswa sana.
·         Mara nyingi nimepata maneno ya maarifa kuhusu watu walio katika matatizo baada ya kuabudu na watu huja mbele kwa machozi kabisa kwamba Bwana amewaona, na Neno la kinabii hutoka kuwafariji.
·         Baada ya kuongoza sifa na kuabudu Roho Mtakatifu alinifunulia mwanamke mmoja amekuwa akimtesa mumewe kwa ukali na  vituko mumewe ana uchungu sana na kusononeka. Walipita kadhaa kuombewa.Lakini Kuna baba alinifuata nje akitokwa machozi akaeleza jinsi mkewe amekuwa na roho ya Yezebali kummliki na kumtishia mumewe hata amekuwa kwazo katika ndoa na huduma yake kuchafuliwa na aliomba msaada wa maombi zaidi.
(iii  Wajibu wa Mzee wa zamu na Mchungaji baada ya kuabudu.
Katika kipindi hiki kiongozi wa sifa watu wanapoabudu usikimbilie kuanzisha wimbo ili kuwakata watu, sema katika microphone tutulie tumsikilize Mungu, kama kuna watu wanaobubujika tu kwa machungu yao piga makofi ya kuwanyamazisha na mashemasi wawatulize kuwapiga mgongoni wanyamaze ili kumpisha mwenye ujumbe. Roho wa manabii huwatii manabii” Yule mwenye ujumbe atasema tu. Wachungaji wengine ili kuzuia machafuko huwaambia washirika wakaeleze ujumbe kwa kiongozi au mchungaji ndio amruhusu aseme ni nzuri kama kanisa ni kubwa na washirika bado hawajafundishwa. Ni vema kuomba karama ya kupambanua roho “msiamini kila roho bali zijaribuni hizo roho” na hapo neno lasema msiutweze unabii..Na wewe unayetoa unabii tulia unapopata tafsiri moyoni toa maneno kwa ufasaha kama mtu unayeongea au kuomba kikawaida. Sio kiroho kutoa unabii kwa kusuasua au kwa kilio na kwikwi kama vile unakabwa na mitetemo ya sauti au kupiga kelele ili kuwavuta watu kwamba uko kiroho,hapana huo ni uchanga wa kiroho. Acha hisia zitulie ujumbe hautakimbia hata muda ukipita utakuja utaukumbuka tu utaongea watu wakitulia au utapita mbele utaongea au mnena kwa lugha akimaliza, mwenye kutafsiri taratibu atafsiri na yaweza kuwa kwa kupokezana na  wote watasema ameni! Ni Bwana amesema.
Kama Mchungaji au mzee wa zamu hakuchukua Microphone basi wewe kiongozi wa sifa chagua mtu ashukuru kwa ujumbe au wewe Mwenyewe omba na waambie watu wamshangilie Bwana kwa makofi au maliza tu kwa maneno ya kushukuru. Kumbuka wewe ni dereva au rubani uwe jasiri ila muelewe sana Mchungaji wako na ushirikiane naye anavyotaka. Mchungaji au Mzee wa zamu ni vema achukue microphone Watu wanapoabudu katika Roho Mtakatifu ili kusimamia vema Karama na utembeo wa Roho Mtakatifu, ikiwa Kiongozi wa sifa hajui cha kufanya. Pia Mzee wa zamu au Mchungaji awaongoze washirika katika kuupokea ujumbe, tusitekewe tu na kukaa kimya kama vile tuna mashaka ni Mungu kasema au siyo. Au unaendelea na ratiba inayofuata bila kutoa mwitikio kwa unabii ni sawa na kutweza unabii. Nabii za kanisa ziandikwe ndio maono mengine yanavyopatikana ili Bwana atakapotimiza tukumbuke alisema Inawavunja moyo hata wanaotoa unabii. Mwitikio ni mzuri hata unabii usio sahihi ni rahisi kuusawazisha kwa neno la hekima katika mwitikio hapo hapo katika ibada.
Lazima tuonyeshe mwitikio kwa maombi na kushukuru.Mchungaji au Mzee wa zamu au Muongoza sifa ashukuru Mungu kwa kusema na watu wake kusisitiza ujumbe wa Roho Mtakatifu kwa Kanisa. Mara nyingine unabii huo utahitaji Kanisa kuchukua hatua fulani mwitikio hapo Mchungaji au Mzee wa zamu chukua hatua kuwaongoza watu kuitikia ujumbe wa Bwana kwa maombi.Unabii hautoki tu ili kutufurahisha .

(I)                SIRI YA WAIMBAJI WA BIBLIA WALIOMGUSA MUNGU AKASHUKA NA KUTENDA MIUJIZA
Mpendwa Mchungaji, Mzee wa Kanisa, Mwalimu wa kwaya muimbaji binafsi, mwanasifa na kuabudu na mwanamuziki, Kila muumini unayepumua....MAKALA HII NI  YAKO.....
WALAWI NA WANA WAO WALIPOIMBA HEKALUNI
[2Nyakati  5: 12-14] Walawi (Asafu, Herman na Yeduthuni na wana wao) na ndugu zao  pamoja na makuhani mia moja na ishirini, HataIkawa wenye Panda na waimbaji walipokuwa kama mmoja, wakisikizisha sauti moja ya kumsifu na kumshukuru Bwana wakipaza sauti pamoja na panda, matoazi, na vinanda, wakimsifu Bwana na kusema “ Kwa kuwa ni mwema, kwa maana fadhili zake ni za milele, ndipo nyumba ikajawa na wingu, naam nyumba ya Bwana. Hata MAKUHANI hawakuweza kusimama ili kufanya huduma yao, kwa sababu ya lile wingu; kwa kuwa nyumba ya Bwana imejaa utukufu (Shekina Glory) wa Bwana.
Siri ya waimbaji hawa iliyosababisha wingu la utukufu wa Mungu kushuka:
·         Walitangulia kujitakasa na hawakufanya huduma nyingine yoyote hadi walipomhudumia Bwana kwanza. ..[ Zaburi 33:1b] “Kusifu kunawapasa wanyofu wa moyo”
[1Petro 1: 15 ]“ Bali kama yeye aliyewaita alivyo  mtakatifu, ninyi nanyi iweni watakatifu katika mwenendo wenu wote.
·         Walikuwa na umoja na kila mmoja alimaanisha kumuabudu Bwana katika nafasi yake.
·         Walisahau yote wakamwimbia na kumpigia Bwana muziki kwa mioyo yote. Mungu hashuki kama unaimba ili kuwafurahisha watu  lenga kumgusa na kumhudumia yeye unaposifu au kumuabudu. Au kama ni wimbo wa ujumbe kwa watu basi uanzie chumbani kwako uwe umempa Mungu anachostahili atakupaka mafuta ya kugusa watu.
·         Pia makuhani walishindwa kufanya huduma yao kwa sababu ya wingu lililoshuka, Kama wachungaji sisi  ni makuhani ibada zingine roho Mtakatifu akishuka acha atembee anavyotaka tusing’ang’anie mapokeo au utaratibu wa ibada zetu. Sifa na kuabudu kwetu kutakuwa ni bure kama tunamtweza Roho Mtakatifu.
a.      KIJANA  DAUDI MCHUNGA KONDOO- MBELE YA MFALME SAULI
[1 Samuel 16:23] Ikawa ile roho mbaya kutoka kwa Mungu ilipomjilia Sauli , ndipo Daudi akakishika kinubi chake, akakipiga kwa mkono wake, naye sauli akaburudishwa na ile roho mbaya ikamwacha.”]
Siri ya muimbaji Daudi na  mwanamuziki huyu iliyosababisha Pepo amtoke mfalme Sauli:
·         Daudi akiwa kijana alikuwa mcha Mungu alimhofu na kumpendeza Mungu(Utakatifu ni muhimu enyi waimbaji na wanamuziki, waimbaji wengi wanaangukia katika dhamibi za uzinzi, uimbaji huleta mvuto lazima uombe utukufu wa Mungu ukufunike watu wamuone Mungu na si mivuto ya zinaa unapoimba.)
·         Alipakwa mafuta ya kuimba sifa na Mungu tangu tumboni na ndiye mwandishi wa Zaburi. Aliyepakwa mafuta katika uimbaji anapootuongoza lazima uwepo ushuke.
·         Alifanya kusifu na kuabudu mtindo wa  maisha yake, ukifanya kusifu na kuabudu mtindo wa maisha yako nyimbo au huduma yako itakuwa na mguso kwa Mungu na watu watapokea miujiza yao kwa sauti yako tu au muziki unaopiga. Wanamuziki maanisha na uombee muziki wako utakufanyia njia mbele ya wakuu na kuwafanya wahubiri na manabii watabiri ujumbe mkali kwa muziki na  uimbaji wako..
b.      YEHOSHAFATI NA WAIMBAJI WA YUDA-VITANI
[2Nyakati 20:21-22] Naye alipokwisha kufanya shauri na watu akawaweka wale watakaomwimbia na kumsifu Bwana katika uzuri wa utakatifu, wakitoka mbele ya jeshi la Bwana. Ms. Wa 22.Walipoanza kuimba na kumsifu Bwana akawaweka waviziao juu ya Waamon, Wamoabi na wa mlima Seiri nao wakapigwa”. Bwana aliwafanya maadui waliowazunguka wana Wayuda  kugeukiana na kuuwana wao kwa wao.
Siri ya wana wa Yuda chini ya  mfalme Yehoshafati:
·         Walimtafuta Bwana kwa kufunga na kuomba ili awawezeshe kushinda vita.(muimbaji uwe na vipindi vya maombi na kufunga Mungu akupe upako na muongozo mpya)
·         Walimpa nafasi Mungu aseme nao awaelekeze jinsi ya kufanya ili washinde. Muimbaji unamhitaji Roho Mtakatifu akuongoze nyimbo za kuimba na jinsi ya kuifanya huduma yako kila unakoalikwa. Waimbaji wengi hupenda kuimba wimbo popular uliovuma ili wawafurahishe wapambe wao na wala  si wa Bwana kwa siku hiyo na mahali pale. Kuna wimbo wa Bwana kwa kila siku na kila eneo.“Bwana aliniambia Ency kuna mahali utaalikwa kuimba au nitakutuma ukahudumu usipange wimbo wa kuimba, wewe omba upako, fungua kinywa nitakupa wimbo saa ile wa kuniimbia madhabahuni , na kwa wimbo huo nitashuka na kuwafungua watu na kuachilia wingu la utukufu” Nimemuona Mungu akiachilia upako mkubwa ninapoguswa na roho kuimba katika roho na watu huguswa sana na kulia. Nikiwa nchini Nigeria  June 2008 katika kanisa la The synagogue church of all Nations kwa Prophet T.B.Joshua, nilipopewa tu microphone roho Mtakatifu alinishukia nikaabudu kwa lugha za KiNaigeria na kiingereza uwepo ulishuka na watu walishangili na kumwinulia Bwana mikono, wengine  baadaye wakasema ingia wagonjwa... Iliruka katika EMMANUEL TV. Pia ipo katika dvd zangu Nishikemkono na usile-katika historia.”Muimbie Bwana wimbo mpya anaokupa Roho Mtakatifu.!
·         Walimsifu Bwana katika uzuri wa utakatifu wake. Yaani walimwambia Mungu jinsi alivyo kama wanamuona. Waimbaji wengi wako bize kufurahisha watu.
c.       JOSHUA NA WANAWA ISRAEL-YERIKO
[Joshua 6:15-20] “Basi watu wakapigakelele, na makuhani wakazipiga tarumbeta, hata ikawa watu waliposikia tarumbeta hao watu wakapiga kelele kwa sauti kuu sana na ule ukuta wa mji ukaanguka chini kabisa….wakautwaa huo mji.]
Siri ya wana muziki hawa hata wakaangusha ngome kubwa na  imara ya Yeriko.
·         Walifuata uongozi wa Mungu –Ewe muimbaji Roho Mtakatifu akuongoze uhudumu vipi na wimbo gani,kuna wimbo wa Bwana huimba moyoni kwa siku, sio watu wanataka wimbo gani au unawauliza unaowahudumia uimbe wimbo gani hujui unalofanya.
·         Walikuwa wavumilivu kuuzunguka mji bila kuchoka kwa siku 6 na siku ya 7 walizunguka mara 7. Katika sifa na kuabudu inahitaji muda wa kutosha hadi  ngome zianguke na Mungu aweze kushuka na kuhudumia watu.Wazee wa Kanisa na Wachungaji tuache kuwakatisha wanaotuabudisha hadi watufikishe patakatifu.
·         Walipania kuangusha ukuta na kuuteka mji. Lazima upanie kuuvuta uwepo wa Mungu na kuangusha ngome za shetani ili uziteke baraka zako au usikie sauti ya Mungu.
·         Walishangilia na kupiga  kelele kwa nguvu, mioyo na sauti zao zote. Iko nguvu katika kushangilia na kumpigia Bwana kelele za sifa na shangwe kwa kuumanisha ni “bombastic bomb” inayolipua ngome za shetani. Sio ujinga hapana. Funguka!na jaribu.
5. PAULO NA SILA WALIPOSIFU GEREZANI.
[Matendo 16:25] “ Lakini panapo usiku wa manane Paulo na Sila walikuwa  
 wakimwomba Mungu na kumwimbia Mungu nyimbo za kumsifu ….ms. 26 Ghafla  pakawa tetemeko kuu la nchi, hata mising iya gereza ikatikisika, na mara hiyo milango ikafunguka, vifungo vya wote vikalegezwa.”
Siri ya Paulo na Sila hata milango ya gereza ikafunguka, wafungwa wakawa huru  na Mkuu wa Gereza kuokoka.
·         Walisahau  maumivu yao ya mapigo ya mwili wakaamua kutumia dawa ya sifa kwa uponyaji wao.Waumini wengi kwa kujihesabia haki wanapopita katika mapito magumu hulalamika na kumwekea Mungu uchungu, mshukuruni Mungu kwa kila jambo ndiyo mapenzi ya Mungu , sifa huondoa roho ya huzuni na maombolezo huleta furaha na uhuru.
·         Hawakumuwekea Mungu uchungu kwamba hajawapigania au kuwalinda wasikamatwe kwani walikamatwa kwa kuhubiri Injili ya Yesu.Walimshukuru  na kumsifu Mungu katika maumivu.
·         Walimimina mioyo yao kwa Bwana na kuomba.
·         Waliamka usiku wa manane. Iko nguvu na upenyo unapoamka usiku wa manane na kumhudumia Bwana kwa sifa na kumuomba, sababu kuna utulivu wa kutosha na mambo  mengi ya giza hufanyika katikati ya usiku si wakristo wengi wanaoweza kuamka usiku wa manane kumtafuta Bwana ni wale wanaomjua Mungu,waliojitoa hasa na wenye mzigo wa kazi ya Mungu.
6.WAABUDUO WALIISHI KATIKA ROHO
[Yohana 4: 23-24] Lakini saa inakuja na saa ipo ambayo waabuduo halisi watamwabudu baba katika roho na kweli, Kwa maana Baba awatafuta watu kama hao wamuabudu,Mungu ni Roho nao wamwabuduo imewapasa kumuabudu katika roho na kweli.]
Siri ya Kumgusa Mungu ni:
  • Kumuabudu Mungu katika Roho sababu yeye ni Roho ,Katika  mwili hutamuona wala kumsikia Mungu na kumuabudu katika kweli yaani ni kumaanisha na kumpenda na kuwa na shauku naye.
  • Yesu alisema saa yaja hatutaenda katika  mlima ule kuabudu, tunajifunza kwamba unaweza kukutana na Mungu akasema nawe hata ukiwa peke yako moyoni mwako sio lazima uwe kanisani uende mahali fulani.
  • Waimbaji wa kibiashara, wa show yaani wa mwilini na mashindano hawawezi kumuona Mungu aliye Roho.
  • Kumsifu Mungu(kusema matendo na nguvu zake) na Kumuabudu Mungu(kumwambia jinsi alivyo kitabia na kimuonekano) ni wajibu wa kila mwenye pumzi.[Zaburi 150:6 “Kila mwenye pumzi amsifu Bwana.” ni amri sio kujisikia! Chukua hatua uanze kumsifu Mungu na kumuabudu, kwa nyimbo kwa maombi na katika roho kwa lugha ya Roho Mtakatifu, iko nguvu na maisha yako yatabadilika, kama hujui kuimba tumia kanda za waliopakwa mafuta zitakuambukiza upako sio tu kupenda nyimbo za kisharishari na mipasho zenye jumbe design fulani “at the end of the day you receive nothing you remain the Same.” Mwisho wa siku hupokei kitu na unabaki kama ulivyo. (ii)               Namna ya kutunga nyimbo zenye mguso, Unaweza kutunga wimbo :
1.)    Kwa njia ya kuimba wimbo wa sifa au wa kuabudu unanzaa kuimba wimbo mwingine mpya kupitia Muziki unapofanya mazoezi.
2.)    Kwa uvuvio wa Roho Mtakatifu unapoimba katika roho Mtakatifu analeta melody sauti  kwa lugha ya Roho Mtakatifu,na baadaye unaweka maneno.
3.)    Kwa kupewa ujumbe wa maandiko au tafsiri, au nahau, mithali au ujumbe wa kinabii ambao huja kama mawazo au uvuvio baadaye unautafutia sauti mpya manake ziko nyingi.
4.)    Kwa kupigiwa Muziki wa keyboard au guitor unapata meleody yaani sauti na unaweka meneno yaani ujumbe.
5.)    Kwa kusikiliza wimbo mwingine ambao unakuvuvia kutunga wimbo mwingine either wenye bit kama hiyo au melody. (composing a song from a song)
6.)    Kwa kupewa na Roho mtakatifu au unaota unafundishwa wimbo mzima katika ndoto, asubuhi unaukumbuka vizuri unaimba na unakugusa wewe mwenyewe, Mungu  na unagusa watu.(Mfano: Makoma walioteshwa wimbo “butu na Moyi” nilioteshwa wimbo wa “wastahili kuabudiwa” niliimba katika usingizi mume wangu akaniambia asubuhi leo umeimba sana usingizini. Asabuhi nikauandika. Na wimbo huu umewagusa wengi kwa umpako mkuu.
7.)    Kuusikia wimbo unaukopi kama ulivyo unaubadilisha maneno au ujumbe then unaapigiwa muziki na unaurecord. Waimbaji wengi wanaipenda njia hii ni rahisi sana na wametoka, wameiga nyimbo za wasouth Africa, wamarekani, wazambia na waamerika,kwa sababu ni njia rahisi ya mkato, hizo njia zingine zina gharama ya kumtafuta Mungu, na kutengeneza wimbo hadi ukakamilika ni kazi kubwa. Japokuwa njia ya kuiga meleody inakashifiwa na wasikilizaji wengi hata asiyejua kuimba wala hajawahi tunga wimbo japo wa kuimba watoto wa nursery. Kwa uzoefu wangu kuna nyimbo wameimba watu wengine zinakugusa unazipenda kiasi unataka uimbe mwenyewe kwa ‘feeling’yako au upako wako. Pia kuiga ni kipawa.Ila ni vema kuomba ruhusa kwa mhusika kwa ajili ya haki miliki.
8)  Kuimba nyimbo za vitabuni zilizoandikwa na watu wa zamani, kama tenzi, mwimbieni Bwana, nyimbo za Injili, unabadilisha sauti na kuzimodify.
  • Aina ya utunzi wenye mguso ni no 1, 2, 3 na 6. Ila ukiwa na kipawa toka kwa Mungu, unamahusiano mazuri  na Mungu, unautafuta upako na umejaa Roho Mtakatifu ukitunga au kuimba wimbo kwa njia zote hizo utamwinua Mungu na kuwagusa watu.
iii)        Ushauri  kwa Waimbaji wa kwaya, band na binafsi.
Ewe muimbaji ninakutia moyo hata kama huna wito au msukumo wa kuimba nyimbo za sifa na kuabudu penda na ujizoeshe kumtolea Mungu sadaka ya sifa na kumuabudu katika maisha yako binafsi unapomtafuta Mungu katika maombi au shughuli zako za kila siku itafanya mafuta au upako wako wa uimbaji usiishe. Kwani kumsifu Mungu ni amri si kipendo au kujisikia.[zaburi 150:6]. Usielemee sana kuwa bize kutoa huduma kwa watu ili kupata umaarufu na kujifurahisha wewe mwenyewe wakati  mbele za Mungu hufahamiki wala hupatikani kumhudumia kwa sifa na kuabudu au maombi. Mhudumie Mungu kwanza (Vertical ministry- huduma ya Wimo kwa Mungu) akuguse na kukupa nguvu na upako wa kwenda kuwahudumia watu  (horizontal ministry huduma ya ulalo kwa watu) utaziona baraka na matunda ya kazi yako. Na waimbaji ambao wanashindwa kutunga nyimbo toa muda kumwabudu Mungu wewe binafsi atakuwezesha kutunga nyimbo ambazo hazijaimbwa na zenye mguso kwa watu.Wakati mwingine utaimba katika lugha mpya na baadaye utaweka maneno ya lugha uitakayo kutokana na sauti aliyokupa Roho Mtakatifu. Waimbaji , watangazaji wa Radio na wapambe wa nyimbo za Injili  tuache dharau kuona waimbaji wa sifa na kuabudu ni waimbaji wasiojua kutunga nyimbo ni wito na ni huduma ya muhimu naya thamani sana mbele za Mungu.
(iv)       Ushauri  kwako msomaji na mwanafunzi wa huduma hii.
            Ifanye huduma ya sifa na kuabudu mtindo au sehemu ya maisha yako, hata kama si muimbaji, penda kutumia kanda za waliopakwa mafuta katika sifa na kuabudu, maisha yako yatajaa nguvu  za Mungu, uongozi wa Roho Mtakatifu na ulinzi wa Mungu juu ya maisha yako. Pia utapokea miujiza na majibu yako. Huduma zooote zitakoma bali huduma ya “SIFA NA KUABUDU ITADUMU MILELE HUKO MBINGUNI NA HATA SASA WATAKATIFU WALIOTANGULIA , MALAIKA ,MASERAFI, MAKERUBI NA WAZEE ISHIRINI NA NNE, NA WENYE UHAI WANNE, WANASIFU MUNGU USIKU NA MCHANA MAANA HUWEZI KUMALIZA KUMSHANGAA NA KUMUELEZA MUNGU ALIVYO NA ANAYOYATENDA, MUNGU NI MPYA NA WA AJABU KILA SIKU NDIYO MAANA ANASTAHILI KUSIFIWA. Katika mapato yake ya Pesa amekuwa akitoa kuwasaidia wanawake walio katika mazingira magumu, wajane, watoto Yatima, wagonjwa hospitali na waishio na virusi vya ukimwi Kupitia Taasisi hiyo DSM na vijijini Mbeya, ununuapo kitabu hiki unapanda katika udongo mzuri. PREFACE ON PRAISE AND WORSHIP MINISTRY:
There wrong understanding of many believers about the ministry of praise and worship is that:
  • Praise and worship program in the service is there to pass time as we wait for the preaching of the word in church services, crusades and seminars.
  • Is done just to refresh the congregation.
  • Is done as a tradition, that whenever people gather singing must take place.
Due to these wrong concepts on the ministry of Praise and Worship, it has caused this ministry not to be effective or bring the impact as it is supposed to be. Most believers sing unmeaning fully without expecting anything from God,
Hence the traditions have taken over many church services and individual lives. The main aim of gathering in the Church is to Praise and Worship our God, after ministering to him through our Worship is when God comes down and minister to us through gifts of the Holy Spirit; prophecies, words of knowledge, healing etc. Also the Spirit of God enables us to minister to one another through songs of encouraging, evangelistic songs and the preaching or teaching of the WORD. The greatest weakness that is found in most of our Churches and upon lives of believers today is this, we give much time preparing to minister to people rather than ministering to God. In East Africa they honor a lot the songs of comfort, songs about people’s problems, encouragement, and massage about facts of life, boasting against our enemies, evangelistic songs, rather than Praise and Worship songs. The songs of other massages are more marketable than Praise and Worship songs. For Praise and Worship songs are liked by Spiritual and knowledgeable people who know the power of praise &worship, and are very few. Due to this reason most singers compose songs to please people not God. Some times an evangelistic song is played in the church of born again believers just because it has a good, melody, nice music and nice styles to dance. It is normal for the congregation to clap and ululate, dance and offer money to the songs of other massages rather than a song of Praise unto God no matter how anointed it is. Many believers don’t know that while singing the songs of Praise is the time to get the revelation of God’s mighty power and his might acts and hence make him come down and intervene upon their problems. The songs of encouragement or comfort are good, they encourage you at that particular time but your problem will still be their. The songs of praise melt the problem because God himself comes down he “dwells on the praises of his people Israel”  .Praise is the short cut to move God’s heart and hence accelerates your miracle or solutions to your problems. King David said [ Psalms 146:1-2 “I will praise the Lord as long as I live”].  Also there’s ignorance in many churches especially in east Africa concerning songs identification. They think all songs with a fast beat is praise song. And a song with a slow bit is worship song that is wrong. It is my prayer to God that this dissertation shall revive you spiritually and break the spirit of tradition upon your life, receive the knowledge on praise and worship, and hence make “Praise and Worship as your life style”. I mean listening to songs of praise and  praising God, anywhere, anytime not only in the church. All the ministries, jobs, tasks shall end up here on earth but praise and worship shall continue in heaven forever and ever. Chapter 1.
A]      WHAT IS PRAISE?
1.    From dictionary translation praise means admire, commend, extol, honor, congratulate, pay tribute to somebody or something.
Praising God means:-
2.    Admiring, commending, extolling, honoring, congratulating God through talking, confessing, testifying and singing about:- God’s Mightiness, greatness, Power, Authority, Miracles, wonderful deeds, his Creation. Praise is all about what God has done, or he can do. Also praise it is acknowledging God’s position to our lives or his title. (You are our King, you are our Father, our Master, my creator, my shepherded, my Provider…You are the Alfa and the Omega’. You can call God different names according to what he does example You are Jehova Nissi “the burner of our victory, Ebenezer, “even now you have helped us” . God omnipotent –God of all power. God omnipresence- God who is everywhere, God all sufficient –God who satisfies, God Omniscient- God who knows everything [ psalm 150: 2 “Praise him in his mighty deeds …and for his excellent greatness.
3.   Praise means also: Giving ourselves as sacrifice to God. Praise is one of the offering to God.
- We are his creatures, his possession; we belong to him so we offer ourselves once again to him. [Romans 12:1-2 ” ESV…present your bodies as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship ”,KJV  says …which is your reasonable service]  . There is a Chorus we sing“ We bring the sacrifice of praise unto the house of the Lord” so praise is one of the most precious offering you can give to please God. In praise the mind, soul, spirit and the body strength must be involved.[Hebrews  13:15. ESV. Through him then let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God that is the fruit of the lips that acknowledge his name.]  . The scripture says about continually offering the sacrifice of praise to God through our lips that is praising God.
[B]     WHY WE PRAISE GOD.
1.   He is worthy to be praised because of who he is, his character, his might acts, his creation the way he is or he does, God omnipotent –God of all power. God omnipresence- God who is everywhere, God all sufficient God who satisfies, God Omniscient- God who knows everything, even the Angels, the four living creatures, the twenty four elders who  praise and worship God in his majesty they tell him [Rev.4.11 “Worthy are you our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.]
2.   He loves praising him, it’s a way of acknowledging him and knowing him and what he has done…he likes his people to speak or sing about his mighty deeds (works) and his greatness.
3.    He loves praise and hence he dwells where people praise him [psalm 22:3 “ yet you are holy who enthroned(dwell) in the praises of Israel ].
4.   It is a command to praise him as long as we are alive, it’s not an option or feeling. David said its not the dead who shall praise God its you who is living. [psalms 150:6 “ Let everything that has breath praise the Lord” ]
5. As believers we are called to praise him.[1peter 2:9…ESV But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people, that you may declare his praise]. As chosen people we are called to declare his praises.
6. Its is one of the ways of introducing our God to our enemies and making our God bigger, powerful than the enemy and problems we face.
The more you praise God the more he becomes bigger and your problem becomes smaller or disappears. Praising God increases our faith in God and hence we get our miracles. But Fear, complaints, sorrows, moves us away from God and makes the devil come closer and torment us. The Challenge we get here is to make Praise and Worship our  life styles, part of our life, I mean praise him any where, any time not only when we gather in church or fellowships. that is your protection (Jahzera he is Jehova our protection) .“David said I will praise the Lord ever morning …everyday, every night… as long as I live.

[C]     WAYS OF PRAISING GOD. & types of songs(massages) used in praise .
    There are many ways of praising God.
1.    Thanks giving. Thank God for his Goodness, Love, protection, blessing
-      Thanks giving are words of knocking the door to God.
[psalms 100:4] “ Enter his gates with thanks giving “ I will enter his gates with thanks….. I want to thank you for the rest of my life.
2.   Talking of his power, acts, creation..(praise) psalm 1501-2 (We serve a miracle working God …..we bring the sacrifice of praise the Lord reigneathx2. You have done great things,
3.   Songs about VICTORY “ Victory is ours x3 in the Lord, Jesus is the winner man,  We gonna breakthrough Satan’s stronghold, Jesus we celebrate your victory, Jesus we have the victory.
4.    Giving God the Gory, Glorifying him. : Whenever a miracle happens, God sees you through, give him the glory.. (  Gloryx2 Lord…we give you glory Lord; We’ve come to glorify you r name. “ Glory x3 to God…Glory be to God in the highest. You deserve the glory and honor,
5.    Words of Lifting / Exalting/ Magnifying God “Lift him up … I will exalt you Lord you lifted me.. Swahili song “uinuliwe Mungu wetu leoo’… Be exalted oh Lord today. You are exalted, Magnify the Lord and sing.
6.    Songs of Joy and celebration; “ The Joy of the lord is my strength ….” Celebrate Jesus celebrate….Rejoice Rejoice
7     Songs of praising lifting the name of Jesus and names of God. “the name of Jesus has set me free. Oh Jesus x3 your name is the same…. “Jehova jire- you are the most high x2 God”, You must know the names of God, the meaning. His acts (what he does) gives him many names Jehova Jire—Provider, Elshaddai- all sufficient, Jehova Roy- our shephered, Jehova-tsidikenu- God our righteousness; Jahzera- God our protection, Ebeneza- even now the Lord has helped us, Adonai –God of majesty Elolam- Everlasting God, Elohim- God our Creator, Mekkadeshkim- God who sanctifies. Jehova Shamma the Lord is here; Jehova shalom God our peace,
8     Songs about the power of the blood of Jesus, the power of the word, the power of the cross, We use this songs in prayers of (spiritual warfare) praying for the sick & deliverance. “ there is powerx4 in the blood ….
9     Songs of acknowledging and praising Jesus- “ you are the lamb of God, the savior, healer, you are the king.
10  Songs of acknowledging, inviting worshiping The Holy spirit .
11  “Spirit  of the Lord we stand up before here,. .Spirit x3 Let your living water, let your holy spirit come and take control.
12  .Songs of welcoming or encouraging people to praise.. “ We are together again, Lets praise the Lord ooh sing…there is something today in the house of the Lord, come bless the Lord all you servant of the Lord.” put them in the beginning or for standing to the pulpit. These songs are not enough they must not take much time, for you will need other praise songs which speak to God directly.
  • Some of the massages/words which are in songs of praise can be found or used in worship too. “Glory to you alone… thanks…lifting, you are exalted.
12. Songs about God’s Love. “ the Love of God is very wonderful” .
The Praise Leader can arrange songs/choruses by choosing one of the massages above with guidance of Holy Spirit and according to the events of the church or the occasion you are ministering. It’s good some of the services just to focus on one type of praise I.e The Love of God or God’s power or victory or thanks giving. Even the Pastor can cooperate with the Praise team and tell them to prepare and rehearse the songs about a certain massage he would like to teach or pray for people. This helps people to focus on what you are singing concerning God, the people get a quick revelation and enter into the spirit or feel God’s presence easily. Also sometimes the Praise Leader can mix the praising massages due to the bit connection.
(i)- Songs which are not fit for praising God.
·         It does not mean that every song with a fast beat is a Praise song. This is still a problem to some churches. They sing any fast bit song during praise knowing they are praising God. It must have the Words of exalting, praising God of his mighty deeds, creation and his Power. .(refer the meaning and types of praise songs).
·         If you hear a choruses or a song in another language, you like it that you may sing in you praise team, you better ask for the meaning of the song before you sing or teach. If you like the melody compose about God’s mighty deeds and power.
·         Songs of comfort, songs of evangelism, Songs of challenging others, is good if they are used in the appropriate occasions or session.
example: “Fire fire  Gospel or Let the gospel go forward, we are going to see the king, Go and tell my enemies I am under the rock, Jesus is coming -Amen hallelujah,” words of blessing one another . People will stop focusing on God they focus on other things you sing about and hence God misses his praise to make him touched. NB The Praise Leader should have enough time of preparing songs and rehearse before bringing to the praise team or leading the congregation.

CHAPTER 2
[D]    PRINCIPLES TO SUCCESSFUL PRAISE MINISTRY
(i)      INGREDIENTS (spices) OF PRAISE. (Important things to add on praise)
1.   There must be life and Joy to the Praise Leader/praise team and the congregation. (Shouts of Joy, Ululations, and words of exalting God
[psalms 95:1]  some people think being excited is not holiness,  they think being calm and down is holiness. The bible says in [Philipians 4:4   “Rejoice in the Lord and again rejoice,  Also the Joy of the Lord is our strength. Nehemiah 8: 10b. ] So it is biblical and Godly character to be happy. By the way Jesus took our sorrows on the cross through praise we express our celebration and gladness to God for what he has done.
2. Clapping of hands [psalms 47:1] “clap your hands all people, shout to God with loud voice of Joy”. We must do it with all your strength. Even if there are no instruments i.e. drums the clapping can be used as a beat. For making the presence of God to come down it’s the words and the open hearts it’s not the music alone.
3.(i) Jumping and dancing. [2samuel 6:14] “When the ark of the Lord was brought back….King David danced with all his mighty. [Palms 150-4] “Praise him with tambourine and dancing.
(ii) The aspect of dancing in praise.
I would like to clarify concerning dancing in praise. Some people think dancing with all your strength has no sense or not important but it is. Dancing is the act of expressing our Joy, freedom and victory we experience in Christ Jesus, also it is the way of expressing our hearts and souls, of how we get touched and moved by God’s love in our lives. Also some elderly people think dancing and jumping is only for the Youths and children. I hope when David was a King and danced with all his mighty, was more than forty years. Was no longer a youth. We need to know that we are all children before God, Jesus said if we want to inherit the kingdom of heaven we need to be humble like children. Praising God is like a joking games or ridiculous acts but there is power in that. When we continue reading [2Samuel 6: 16-22] the Bible explained how Michal the wife of David despised and criticized him for dancing before People. But David said “I will rejoice before the Lord who choose me …”. And Michal was cursed; she had no child to the day of her death.  That is what will happen to People who do not Praise and worship God in truth and in Spirit, they will never bear fruits, because they will lack God’s presence which enables us to do God’s services and bear fruits. The presence of God is found through Prayers and Praise and worship ministry. Praising God is the ministry which moves God to come down and manifest his power. I encourage elderly people to dance and jump in praise, you won’t become old, and your age shall be renewed by his presence. [Psalms 103:1 & 5. ”Bless the Lord all my soul….who satisfies you with good, so that your Youth is renewed like the eagles.]
  • Self-control in dancing to God is important too. It should start in the spirit then in the physical body. I remember when I was expecting both of my children I used to dance, jump and move around even in the ninth month. People hesitated and got terrified for me, but I was strong. I used to admire my self when I remembered at home how did I managed to dance like that, then I realized, I did by the spirit of God. Though sometimes we start to rejoice and dance by faith to stir up the congregation, we should be lead by the spirit and have self-control. We should avoid copying bad styles of dancing from the world, .such as moving round waists, shaking buttocks. This style of dancing is common in Africa especially in central, east and South Africa. Also I have seen Americans dancing in such styles, in their secular music on TVs. This style of dancing came from republic of Congo through their music of “sebene”, “Lingala” and “boringo” and there are other tribes in Africa with the origin of such dancing in their cultures. It has caused a lot of confusion to believers in the church; some are opposing such a dancing in the church, some are supporting and like it. From African culture, moving waists and buttocks it symbolizes  a sexual dancing. It can cause some people especially men to be aroused sexually or have evil thoughts of lust. I don’t know about white people. I have the data’s of girls who were in praise who liked such dancing, fell in immorality. There are dances I can dance while I am alone with my God praising him for his creation, or while I’m with my husband but not before other people. The same as dressing it should be at the right place, to the right people, as believers we do not dress any how. Especial when you minister in front. Your appearance can cause people to miss the massage no matter how anointed you are! Freedom in Christ must have limitation and self control by the Holyspirit. Also as we do the ministries of deliverance to people bound with sexual mares or immoral sins, one of the manifestations of the spirit of fornication /immorality is moving round  or shaking waists and buttocks, uncovering clothes etc.  Dancing before God  need to be lead by the holy spirit should start in the Spirit then the outward is the manifestation of the spirit. This dancing involve moving the entire body, if it is jumping, or moving this side or the other side, bending, waving, matching, raising hands, dancing the whole body together with self control for it is the fruit of the Spirit. I always teach singers learn to minister before God through praise, worship and prayers privately before you go to minister before people you will be a blessing. Pray for the Holy Spirit to guide you and the glory of God to cover you, that you portray Jesus as you minister. Have the desire to please and touch God and not struggle to win people.Let God touch the people as the result of your singing unto  him.[ You can read [ Philippians 4:8 Whatever is good, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, honorable…anything is excellent or  praise worthy think about such things.]

4. The sounds of Music Guitars, keyboards, drums, tambourine, trumpets, are beautiful in praise .OR even the sounds of instruments alone if are played in spirit can move God and bless people. Eg. [2Samuel 16:23] David played just a lyre it caused Saul to be refreshed and a bad spirit left King Saul.
5.    Demonstrations of words we sing. When we demonstrate the words we sing it attracts the viewers and can make them to concentrate and hence get the impartation to understand God and follow what is going on.  “ Joy waving hands, bending, smiling or laughing , leaping, moving round. Also showing the signs through hands brings life in Praising God.
6.   Making Noise, shouts and ululations to God. Making noisy and shouting unto God is part of praise. When we sing a song of praise and someone shouts “Heeeeeeee or Hallelujah…huuuuuu…glory…...” It makes some people to be motivated to rejoice and receive the garment of praise. Even if they were thinking other things they come back to the track of Praise and focus on God. Noisy and shouting unto the Lord, remove the spirit of coldness and it encourages the Praise Leader so much that the people are touched by God and are going somewhere, his/her anointing increases.[psalms 100:1 “ Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth”. And psalms 66:1 “shout for Joy to God all the earth…] .There is power in making noise unto the Lord, it clears the atmosphere and pulls down the stronghold of the devil hindering the flow of the holy Spirit I.e. spirit of heaviness, dryness, religion and tradition,. [Joshua 6:20 “So the people shouted, and the trumpets were blown. As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted a great shout, and the wall fell down flat… And they captured the city”.]
The walls of Jericho fell down through praise, trumpets and shouts  of Joy.
ii) The aspects of words of awakening in Praise. i.e. “Lift Jesus higher- Higher, Lower Satan lower- lower, Hallelujah, Glory to God, Praise his name, come on…. shout to the Lord”, bless the Lord..”, “ululate….. in Swahili we say.. “vigelegele”… “ululululululu..” you will hear the women shout or ululate …it sounds good to God and brings life in praise. Words of stirring up:
  1. They build or emphasize the massages in praise.
  2. They make people to understand the song better.
  3. They rouse up the congregation.
  4. They increase the power of praise to move God.
  5. When they are mentioned before they help the congregation to know the following words.
(iii) Praise ministry accompaniments.
Praising God is the same as celebrating our different ceremonies as weddings, birthday parties, governmental   and traditional celebrations. In our normal ceremonies we dress well, and put some adornments and decorations in the occasions. We also carry different materials for celebration.
(a)     Handkerchiefs and scarf:- we use them to lift hands up and wave them in the air. When you go to church carry something to go with and offer to God for Praise celebration.
(b)    Small flags and burners:- We lift flags and burners during praise to express our freedom in Christ also to acknowledge Jesus reigns.
Also the burners can be written words of Praising God.
( c )   Ribbons : When the Ribbons (paper material) of different colors are tied together and waved in the air brings beauty and attraction to the congregation during praise.
(d )    Branches of trees: they are used for celebration during praise as it was in Jerusalem when Jesus entered the city riding a donkey. When they shouted “ Hossana Hossana , blessed one ….
( e)    Balloons: some of the days the praise team can  prepare some  balloons with air and tie cottons . They can be thrown in the air as celebration to God.
(f )     Staffs & rods special for dancing.
( g )   Skin Tails of animals i.e cows. In Africa, Tanzania some tribes use skin tails of animals for dancing waving in the air in their traditional dances we can praise God with them.
(h)     Music lights & Christmas lights. (Different colors), drum smokes: Such kind of accompaniments or decoration, adds beauty and glory to praise and worship sessions.
NB. The praise Leaders needs to be creative to remove traditions in the church services; It is boring to have the same kind of ministry every Sunday. As you listen to the Holy Spirit he can give you new direction each service, don’t put God in the box. As the husband and wives needs to be creative to make their love strong to one another, the same as our relationship with God, needs to be worked on.
 TYPES OF PRAISE AND WORSHIP ACTIONS IN HEBREWS.
Praise actions in Hebrew.
  1. TODAH: Sacrifice of praise, blessing the Lord with thanks giving and offering.(psalms 100:42:4 50:23 ; 138:1)
  1. SHABACH: To address in a loud tone (Psalms 63:117:1)
  1. HALLAL: To boast, to dance, to demonstrate to twirl, to act clamorously foolish, to leap etc. Psalms 146: 1; 10: 150:4
  1. RANAN: Make  a great joyful sound aloud, Psalms 33:1
  1. RUA: Spilt the ears with sound, Remedy/ medicine… psalm 47:1
  1. TERUWAH: Sound the battle cry… a loud triumphant rejoicing sound psalms: 47:5)
  1. ZAYMAR /ZAMAR: Strike with fingers, touch the strings, make music .(Psalms 105:7; 108:1)
Worship Action in Hebrew.
  1. YADAH           Worship with extended hands lifted up to God.
  1. BARAK:       To kneel, to bless, to be silent before the Lord. (psalms 135:21)
  1. TEHEILLAH: Laudation, one with Jesus in worship and praising God, the song from the Lord is released in this stage.
  1. SHACHAH: Fall prostrate before the Lord .Psalms 29:2
(iv) Many people’s perceptions about best and powerful songs.
In East Africa for so long people didn’t honor the songs of praise neither worship. They adored songs of ministering to people, the songs of encouragement, evangelistic, songs of Bible stories, condemning or boasting against our enemies. Thank God at least now people have started to understand the power of praise. Many people think when a singer has composed a song which comforts them in their problems is a powerful singer or good composer; that is not true. Any song if is biblical or speaks God’s power, creation, works ,about a certain fact of life, if it is anointed to move God and God touches people, is powerful. We need to honor the songs of praise they are those which touches the heart of God than any other massage. It is difficult for poor or people with problems to praise God; they meditate a lot about their problems instead of focusing to God’s greatness through praise. Come on start praising God no matter what you are going through, I see you overcoming, coming out of your problem as the Lord is intervening and making a way for you. PRAISE HIM, as you decree his mighty name and his power, the devil will flee from you and your problem will diminish. Hallelujah!
(v) PRINCIPALS OF SUCCESSFUL PRAISE MINISTRY.
Let those who are anointed in praise lead Praise and Worship.
1.            Not all singers are anointed or have the grace to lead people to praise or worship. We need to identify those who have such a grace and give them the chance to lead us that we have a successful ministry of Praise. Some singers are good in Evangelistic songs, encouraging, and warning. Also some are good in backing behind the song leader, and some are good in arousing the congregation. Most of Choirs have songs to minister to people .Praise Leaders be able to differentiate when you lead praise and when you sing choir. When we Praise we minister to God, Most of the Individual singers (solo artist) and choirs sing the songs of massages to people and little bit on praise. It is important for a team or the Praise Teacher to recognize the grace of each member.
Fellowship /Church Leaders don’t please singers by giving them chance to lead in praise & worship even if they are not capable. Let them sing during rehearsals, in choirs or groups, or in testimony. It’s better to choose few Praise Leaders and praise team members, who are anointed in that area rather than having a big number of singers leading us without any manifestation of God’s presence.
CHAPTER 3.
(a) QUALIFICATION /RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRAISE LEADER.
 1.A praise leader and the praise team must be prayerful ; It is important for a Praise Leader to seek God to  guide you the right songs (massage) for the ministry ahead of you, Pray the God may anoint you in a newly way. You will know the songs God is leading you, t hey will start singing in your heart few days before the service as you pray, and they will bring the presence of God in your preparations. God can cause some one to sing the same song, or you can listen from the radio just to confirm that is the right song. That one song you are lead to sing the following service will help you to arrange other songs/choruses which shall match in massage or beat to that song of praise or worship you got by the Spirit of God. You can compose a new a song or chorus as you practice in your private time if you desire and you give much time to song in the spirit.
2.Practice the songs, You will know if you have breakthrough or not/ to remove the song or changing the flow and u can compose new songs in practicing. Have breakthrough in your practice then u will succeed on the pulpit. Don’t come to church and find songs in the service. Have time to prepare and practice. You are given the tender of preparing God’s food cook very well and balance the diet as those who do catering service in weddings and hotels they do not serve uncooked meals on the table, they serve cooked and balanced ready to be eaten.
3. Read the word: the word of God shall reveal more of “Who God and is, Jesus and the Holy sp. Its good also to read scriptures even before u start leading to emphasize the congregation. [Colossians 3:16 “ let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.
4. Live a holy life [psalms 33:1b] Praise is for the upright. Our God is holy we need to be like him.[1Peter1.15-16 “ be holy in all your conduct, for the one who has called you his holy.] When we sing before God while we are unclean, it becomes noisy before him, he says in his word take away your noises.
A choir/solo artist singer can sin/ or not been prayerful but continue to sing powerful through the anointing on CD which she recorded when she was anointed. but not with praise & worship ministry…because it is a live singing, there will be no breakthrough neither God’s presence, when the singer is not In good relationship with God. Sometimes God can reveal the hidden obstacle or sin. May I warn praise members or Praise Leaders be alert, you are front line soldiers of God, Praise ministry is a weapon to the devil and it is battle, If you are not right with God you open doors the devil to attack you or the ministry, sanctify yourselves all the time.
5. Be humble, Most singers are attempted by the spirit of pride because of peoples adoration and praises, be careful. As it was to Lucifer the Angle of music, pride made him fall. [1peter 5; 5b-6 “clothe yourselves all of you with humility. God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.]. If you want God to be with you and keep your anointing walk humbly before God and know that we minister by grace. Even when you see miracles happening, the spirit of God moving whenever your sing remember to give the glory to God. That should make you more humble. Avoid being overwhelmed with praises of people. The ministry of singing is so powerful; it draws a multitude of people to adore you. It’s good people to encourage you but learn to glorify God who deserves and pray that God may make you humble.
6. Sing meaningful (in truth and in spirit) not as a tradition. Sing with expectation to see God. I like telling singers sing as if God is seated before you and you are given a last chance, that you will never sing again. As praise Leader you have a role to lead people, to lead the praise team, to make yourself touch God, to fight obstacles, and make God move among the congregation. Focuses on God the most as you sing don’t be taken with what you see or feel. Some singers are busy rehearsing, and forget even to seek God just to please people to win their favor that they may become super stars. You better not be acknowledged by people but you are known by God.
7. Listen to other tapes & watch videos of other anointed singers. As you listen to their praise and worship which is in truth and spirit you increase you anointing also they will impart to you the gift, styles and anointing you don’t have. More ever you will be able to learn new songs and you can compose a song from another song.
8. Keep your voice; It is advisable for a Praise Leader or song Leaders not to shout while talking or praying. When you are preparing to sing the second day or the same day, don’t eat or drink cold and sweet drinks; don’t eat fatty meats and batter, even chilly food are not good for the voice box. Use honey, Lemons, uncooked eggs and warm water. It puts off and discourages when you feel the anointing but the voice is stammering, it quenches even the flow of the Holy Spirit. The devil can use that weakness or problem to torment you with depression. Some times its good to have a holiday of one month each year. If you are not careful you misuse or over use the voice, the voice box can burst which can lead you to be operated. Some singers are attacked with TB, or dust or something entering their throat or chest. Take care of yourself and Pray for protection.
  • I advice the praise Leader to have his/her own microphone, or have your own sponge or put a clean handkerchief to cover your microphone whenever you use. These are health measures, for many singers and preachers get infected by flue, coughing, and throat infection (etching), through Microphone sharing. When we sing or speak the saliva and air we breathe out gets absorbed on a microphone especially sponges, this can transfer viruses to one another, though we believe in God’s protection we need to be careful. I suffered this problem of flue whenever I came back home from ministry, my young sister Catherine who is a powerful singer too, gave me this knowledge from that time I take precaution before I use the microphone and I remain safe.
9. Learn to study the atmosphere of the people you are leading; I.E If the presence of God has come down and God wants to speak through prophecies, don’t add a song, tell people to keep quite, hearing God’s voice it needs discipline and quietness, many times we miss God’s voice due to rushing and traditions, be able to discern heaviness, oppositions put song of spiritual warfare, or stop the song tell people to pray spiritual warfare or tell them to shout unto the Lord. You are the one leading. Be bold and control any flow of the Holy Spirit or other. At this time the Elders and Pastors must work together with the Praise Leader. Some of the Praise Leaders are not bold enough or they don’t know what to do after the God’s presence of God comes down.
10. Teach, Train & raise others to be Praise & song Leaders within the Praise team.
It is important for the praise Leader/ Teacher to study your Praise team members, know their gifts, grace and the songs they can lead better. Give them chances to lead some songs, Test them in different gifts, dancing, demonstrating, praising or leading worship, those who are weak teach them, train them till they do better. Some times give them test to go and prepare songs for the service. You must go through the songs, arrange them well, let them practice with the praise team, if they do well during the rehearsals let them lead in the service one or two songs. The praise Leader should standby to fill the gaps when a leaner is leading. Don’t lead the Praise team or Choir as the only super star give room /chances to others, you can be sick, or you may travel, also God can promote you to start a bigger ministry, It is good to train others that they may continue with  the praise ministry powerfully not to start afresh or fail in your absence. Some backers are powerful in leading songs recognize them give them chances. Don’t be selfish or insecure. Training others; giving them chances to minister is good to have variety of gifts each one contribute this and that, glorifies God.
11. Submit & cooperate with your Pastor and elders. Learn how your Pastor is, ‘follow his/her instructions. Sometimes you can ask him what massage he will preach or direction he has for the coming service you prepare some songs similar to his massage. When you face difficulties or you are going through trials, share to your Pastor that he may pray for you. If there are misunderstandings in the praise team, report to the chairperson, Guardian Elder or Praise Pastor they may help you to solve them. Some times invite the Pastor to come and teach the word, or pray for deliverance to the praise member in an overnight prayer or praise sessions. This brings unity and harmony in the church.
  • Learn to receive corrections even rebukes from your Pastor and elders work on them change, that is part of training in ministry for no body is perfect. Though some times the Pastors become hard or not caring neither honor the praise Leader, pray about it and be patient and remain humble. For there is a purpose for everything comes in our way, life is school also as a praise  Leader you a servant of God you need to be dealt that you become a good vessel.  God is faithful he shall see you through in dew time and bless you. If you have a new Idea or you want to go out for ministry as the Praise team or It is important to share with your pastor and have his permission and his blessings. Because wherever you go or whatever you will do publicly you are carrying the name of his ministry or Church.
(b) The role of Backers and the Praise Team. Backers who stand in front with the praise Leader in the praise team their role is to sing on the microphone with all your voices, mind, strength and Soul. After backing on microphone dance and demonstrate the words. It is your role to Ululate in Microphone, It is your duty to make the congregation alive, stir them with words of praise, shout in microphone, don’t put a big burden on a Praise Leader by leaving him/her doing everything. Also the Praise team follow the Praise Leader, support him/her .Some one can sing behind him in some areas to emphasize(backing). It brings unity. A backer can come out of the line and come in front and stand with the Praise Leader to demonstrate to the congregation and can go back again. Be cooperative and be holy with good testimony. When a praise member lives a dirty life, he becomes a stumbling block to the entire Praise team for God to move to the Praise ministry. Praise members you need to have discipline in conduct and be prayerful, as you pray for the church leadership, pray for your Praise Leader so much he needs your love and prayers. Obey him/her don’t compete with him nor chock him, don’t start groups to backbite your Leader he /she will be bound bless him/ her .Leading praise is spiritual warfare, and a big responsibility it is not pleasure.
  • If you want to correct her do out of love and respect. Don’t criticize him/her when you are used by the devil to offend him, you hinder him to flow in anointing, Learn to submit  and stand with your Leader to protect the work of God and make it go forward by honoring your praise a leader.
  • Backers and praise members who are gifted be patient don’t force to lead songs or neither compete with one other know your grace, let God promote you.
  • If you want to teach something new or a song, you better talk to the praise leader three days before, or after the service for the coming rehearsing day. That he may arrange his timetable for you. Don’t ask to teach new song or something the same day, you quench him/her for she takes much time to pray to listen to God and compose and prepare things to teach.  Unless he/she asks someone who have something to teach in the rehearsing session.
( c ) The role of musicians.
Musicians are servants of God who are very important in the service. Most Musicians have bad testimonies, they are gifted but they don’t care about their relationship with God. Musicians be alert, honor that chance God has given you. Participate fully in praise and worship and prayers. Cooperate with the praise Leader and the Pastor. Remember to give offering and respond to prayers when there is an outer call in front for people to be prayed for. Many musicians are poor because they don’t offer offering neither respond to prayers. Because the time people are giving or been prayed for they are playing music. Receive your blessing in your church by planting and getting your blessings on the pulpit when the spring is stirred.
  • Musicians it is your responsibility to keep the instruments, to check if they are fit before the service, to do the mending services and cleaning them. Remember to wash the microphone sponges at least once per week you choose the free day or you can ask a certain sister to wash at night where the instruments are kept that they may be ready for service. Or you can advice the Pastor to give you some money to buy the other set of sponges for reserve. That is important for health safety. It is very chocking to use the dirty sponge for the singers and Preachers.
  • Musicians learn to soften or reduce the speed of Music, or remove the bit of the keyboard or drums, during Worship. Leave only brass sounds; or rhythm or solo guitor,be attentive to the Praise Leader or the Pastor when he says lets observe the silence stop praying anything. Also its important to listen the balancing of the voices and music, don’t just play noisy music, some members are sensitive and knowledgeable in music, and they know when the music is not balanced. Just that problem can put them off and can hinder them to flow in the spirit while praising or worshipping God.
(d) The role of the congregation (church members): It’s important to accept the praise Leader as the servant of God, cope or follow the Praise Leader’s instructions. Don’t reject what they tell you to do; you hinder God to move when you are divided. Learn to encourage them, ululate, follow the demonstration, shout and dance with all you strength. Sometimes some members can come out of the seats and jump and run to the corridor, or in front under the stage dance raise your hands with handkerchiefs, scarf, banners, clap hands, this encourages a lot the praise team you can see even their anointing increasing and the release or freedom comes down. Praise songs have a form of cartoon or childish like styles but are those which moves God’s heart to leave his throne and come down. There are songs which are well composed with good music and powerful arranged voices, but they have no even a drop of anointing to move neither God nor people. It takes humility and been like a child, to touch God’s heart. Remember King David danced with all his mighty, His wife Mica laughed at him, she never had a child in her entire life. I f you won’t praise God effectively you will never, bear fruits. For it is the presence of God which helps us to serve him and bear fruits or perform miracles, THE PRESENCE OF GOD comes through Praising God.
  • Mind you praising God is a command to all living creatures; it is not for the singers only. Whether you have a bad or sweet voice, heavy or thin voice, make praise your life style. Participate fully in the service. When you watch others praising God, he will by pass you, while your fellow believers are entering into the holy of holies you remain dry and wonder when they flow. You can speak words of praise if you don’t know to sing. If you don’t know the song sing in tongues or put your language about words of praise & worship, follow the melody, God shall touch you. For your information it is easy to flow in the spirit when you are lead by others or listening, than when you lead or minister, the Song Leader faces many battles in leading, and she/he does many tasks at same time. I encourage you as a believer At home or in the car put tapes of anointed singers sing with them you shall feel liberty in the spirit and have God’s protection all the time. Even frogs, birds and animals sing to the Lord, the trees, the wind and the ocean praise God. You have no excuse! What matters is the spirit behind (motive).
  • Also we need to encourage singers give them gifts, uniforms, shoes, buy them drinks after the service, invite them for a party, or sponsor them to go for outside exercises to the beach or go for picnic for refreshment, that shall encourage them a lot.
(e)The role of Pastors  & Elders to make the P & W ministry successful.
  • It is the role of the Pastors and Elders to choose the praise members and the Leadership. Don’t open the door for any member to join, P & W ministry is a very sensitive ministry as intercession or finance departments. Moses was instructed by God to choose people who are royal, respectable, trustworthy, known by him. Those who want to join should be interviewed, those who have weaknesses should be trained, prayed for and get counseling. Many agents of Satan like joining such sensitive ministries and they can be very committed than genuine members, but they come on the mission to destroy the ministry. Some agents of Satan or witches are used by the devil unknowingly some they know their missions. These agents can impart or release the spell of fornication, rebellion, division, confusion among the praise team, or between the Pastor and the praise team or elders. Also they release Prayerlessness, dryness and breaking of the church. Be aware! But some can come for destruction but when they are known can be the way of their deliverance. I helped one sister who came to sing in our praise team. Many church members complained when they saw her singing in front that she portrays immoral dancing and she caused sexual attraction to men. When we asked her about her problems she was reluctant and refuse that she know nothing and she was so proud and became angry. God revealed in dream that she was attacking me with witchcraft I saw her clearly.  We told the Pastor, then the Overseer of praise team and I as the praise Leader agreed to suspend her for a while till she is helped. After I confronted her about the dream I had on her, she said many people had told her about been used by the devil but she doesn’t understand. Then she agreed to conduct prayers of deliverance for her, she shared about her bad dreams, we realized that, she was initiated in witchcraft by her mother. She was completely delivered now she is the Pastors wife. So it is important to do the spiritual check up to the singers, for as they sing in front they impart the spirits they have to the congregation.
  • Pray for the Praise Leader and the Praise team frequently. It is good to anoint or ordain them and acknowledge them before the congregation that they will lead people in God’s presence through praise. I encourage Pastors and elders to visit the praise sessions for teachings and conduct prayers of Deliverance for the group and individuals at least once in two months. The ministry of praise is spiritual warfare, the praise team members are frontline soldiers who clears the atmosphere from demons and straightens the paths for other ministers in the church, crusades and conferences, so we need to protect them. We should not wait till they make mistakes, then we start condemning them or rebuking them in front of people, and sometimes we have never appreciate their work in front of people, we demoralize them, prevention is better than cure. I have seen many powerful singers in Tanzania have gone astray, and their testimonies are destroyed in the newspapers, broken marriages, due to lack of proper covering and spiritual protection.
  • It’s important for the Pastors to recommend the Worship Leader and the praise team before the congregation that they should respect and pray for them as other servants of God in the Church, also should cooperate and follow what they teach, this gives them boldness and do the ministry more freely. Also Pastors, Leaders and other church members should encourage the Praise Leader when they fail to bring the presence of God they fill bad and depressed.
  • Pastors should take care of the needs of the Fulltime Praise Leaders and Musicians. It is important the Church committee to settle the allowances for Praise Leader and the fulltime musician, at least to pay for the house rent, transport to attend church services, dressing and food. It is important they dress well they portray the picture of the church. It is shameful to the Church the Praise Leaders shoe is laughing (torn, or bend) in front of people. We continue been blessed with their anointing and ministry. Also they need to eat well, to take milk to cleanse the throat and chest from dust and some other nutritious food, for singing is a tough task which involve many organs (parts) of the body. In order to have a powerful praise ministry, It is good to have full time praise Leaders and at lest two or one, fulltime musicians. This is common in America, in Africa only few churches or pastors pay allowances to singers and Musicians. We need to take care of them. Sometimes Pastors should announce to the church for some members to support the praise team for uniforms, pair of shoes etc. When they are busy doing other works of earning money their ministries diminishes because they need much time to seek God, compose song, listen to other CDs  and practice to make the ministry successful. Remember the ministry of praise and worship is spiritual warfare, before the devil bit the Pastor he starts with singers, the frontline soldiers. [Ezekiel 34:8b….. “But the shepherded have fed themselves, and have not fed my sheep.] Pastors lets take care of the church ministers who stands with us to fulfill our vision it is biblical and it pleases God.
  • More ever, I remind Pastors and all other Servants of God who invites powerful singers to minister in their churches, seminars, conferences and crusades. Please let’s honor singers as other servants of God who minister in other ministries. Many singers are taken for grant age. I want to break that spirit, by putting it clear that, even singers they deserve to eat from the pulpit as long as we acknowledge their ministries and they bless us. If there is any ministry which is so costing is singing. It is a tough job full of battles which inquire a lot of strength, Prayers, time to rehearse and finances. Singing ministry is powerful, it attract people, makes a way and clears the atmosphere fro Preachers to preach. Singing draws God’s presence and a ground for miracles to happen and the spirit of God to move. In East Africa they use names of singers to attract people to attend different services and meetings; sometimes they announce names on radio even if they haven’t spoken to the singer just to attract people. Please let’s bless singers, give them good honorarium, love offering, gifts and grant them the costs of their travel go and return. Let’s promote their tapes, CDs and DVDs to be sold, It is so effective if the Pastor or the Elder sells the CDs himself at the pulpit. They will prove that God loves them and cares for them through the love we will show to them by caring them. If you invite a singer to your church and you don’t have money to support her just tell her/him your real situation that she should sponsor herself. Sometimes they borrow money or book taxes in far distances, they come to minister by faith nothing in their pockets, though they look smart with expensive clothes they have to, because they are public figures, still we need to bless them.
  • Also Pastors should be good examples during praise and worship in the service, participate fully. As a Pastor you are a Leader and you sit in front and the congregation is looking at you. It encourages a lot to see the Pastor dancing, jumping others get the spirit. Some other Pastors do not concentrate during praise sessions they do other things. Now when the worship is over even if the Sprit of God moved, they remain dry. When the time to stand or preach comes, they start singing their own choruses while the Praise team and the congregation are tired, and if they felt the presence of God during worship they want to hear the word. Of course the Pastor can sing a song he likes before preaching but let it be anointed and be in the spirit to make people not loose the flow of the Holy Spirit.
  • Winding the Worship session is important for the Pastor and elders to cooperate with the Praise Leader. Especially when the presence of God comes down, controlling the congregation when they flow in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, is the tough task which needs spiritual maturity and boldness, and God’s guidance to control.
(f) How the Praise and Worship should be conducted.
Praise and worship ministry should not be conducted by democracy. Where by you come to the praise rehearsals no one has prepared something to teach, you choose the songs and someone to lead during the session, this is very wrong. Running the praise ministry without delegating to the praise Leader can make the praise ministry won’t go forward, and will never stand. There will be full of confusion and you will always sing old normal songs you hear form other people. Also it is easy to break, because there is no one who is having a burden, who is responsible. The Praise Leader is the one who had that grace; the burden and the vision to lead the Praise ministry, give her chance pray and trust her. The role of the Guardian elder, or Pastor or Pastors wife is to advice the Praise Leader, recommend her before the praise team that they respect the teacher or the praise Leader, to emphasize on discipline and spiritual qualities to the praise members, to pray for the Worship members, to provide financial support and also to solve problems.
Chapter 4.
[a]     BENEFITS OF PRAISE (What happens when we praise God)
1.            God comes down through his presence and glory;[Psalms 22:3 “Yet you are holy, who enthroned on the praises of Israel”] The Bible says our God is Holy who dwells in Praises of his People Israel , we are spiritual Israelites when we praise God in truth he comes down and manifest his power. Also the Bible speaks about the priests of God who failed to minister because of the mighty glory of God.
2.            The Holy Spirit moves among believers and he enables us to flow In the gifts of the Holy spirit. [Acts 13:2:While they where worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy spirit said, set apart for me Bar anabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them]. After the disciples Worshiped God is when they were able to hear the Holy Spirit speaking.
3.            The strong holds and walls hindering our blessings break/ fall down.  As it was to the children of Israel to enter the Promised Land and inherit their blessings in Canaan, they had to fight their enemies and break strong holds and walls of Jericho.  Israelites and Joshua had to use the weapon of praising God to make the walls of Jericho fall down to posses the land. [Joshua 6:20. “As soon as the people heard the trumpet, they shouted a great shout and the wall fell flat….and they captured the city. There is power in praising and shouting unto God.  But this happened the seventh day. They had to move around the wall for seven days blowing trumpets. It wasn’t an easy task. In order to be touched by God, or make the stronghold fall down, we need to be patient, to persevere, and to give much time in praising God.
4.            The chains get loose in praise. When Paul & Silas were in prison they started praising God and praying, suddenly the prison was shaken by the earthquake. [Acts.16:25-26 ”About mid night Paul and Silas were praying and singing (praises) hymns to God, And the Prisoners were listening to them, and suddenly there was a great earthquake, and the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone’s bonds were unfastened ]
5.            We receive healing and deliverance in Praise.[2Samuel 16:23 When the evil spirit came upon Saul, David took a lyre and played Saul was refreshed and the evil spirit departed from him.] [Psalms 103: “He heals your diseases when your soul blesses him”. A certain woman received healing from six years continuously headaches. She got an accident, from that time she had to live by taking painkillers pills four times per day for six years. When she attended our high praise service God healed her. I was leading praise and worship in certain Church, a neighboring Islamic Woman who was bound by evil spirits, was thrown down by the power of God in her house just from hearing the voices of Praise, we were singing songs of spiritual warfare. When she got up she was delivered she came wearing a towel to church to testify to the Usher on duty of what happened. She wanted to see the Praise Leader.
6.            The demons of depression and heaviness flee, We receive the Oil of gladness/Joy.( clears the  atmosphere) [Isaiah 61:3b “ To grant those who mourn in Zion , the oil of gladness instead of mourning and the Garment of praise instead of faint spirit.
7.            We overcome the temptations/problems and battles against the devil. As we praise our God he becomes more powerful, and bigger than our temptations. The devil diminishes.[ Psalms 68:1“Let God arise…(as we praise him)…his enemies be scattered] [2chronicles 20:22 Yeshoshafat and people of Judah overcame the war through Praise]
8.            We receive inner healing, relief and comfort (refreshes) [Isaiah 61:3b “ To grant those who mourn in Zion , the oil of gladness instead of mourning and the Garment of praise instead of faint spirit.
9.            We get God’s protection.[pslams 103:4 Who redeems your life from the pit.”] God delivers us from death by protecting us. Since God comes down and release his presence to surround his people who are praising him, they become safe. The enemies flee. Emanuel Eni the former agent of Satan in Nigeria. Has testified in his book about the weapon of praise and how God protected the Pastor whom witches tried to kill him many times. That Pastor made praise and worship his life style, he always sing songs of Praise. When the agents of Satan came to attack him they found him surrounded with Angels and cloud glory on her head.
10.         Our Youth is renewed like eagles.[psalms 103:5] we do not get old when we move with God’s presence through praise.
b]      THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PRAISE & WORSHIP
  • Praise and worship are not the same but they go together (It’s like bread and tea, or Rice and meat soup) Some believers says I like songs of worship alone or songs of Praise alone. Both are important ministries and they depend to each other to make a balanced ministry unto God.
  • Praise makes God’s presence to come down [psalms 22:3 “God inhabits the praises of his people.] While worship takes us to God’s place, holy of holies we feel him and get overwhelmed with his presence and hear from him.
  • Praise excites and delivers us; but worship humbles and breaks us before God.
Chapter 5.
 [a]    WHAT IS WORSHIP:
  1. Worship is the act of devotion or attentiveness to God through our spirits, our souls, and tuning the mind &body to focus on God and admire the way God is in appearance and character and desire his affection (closeness) then feel his presence and talk / sing about God.
  • Worship is telling God who he is, his character ( he is faithful, lovely, true, powerful) and how does he look like. But praise is telling God what he has done, his mighty deeds, power, creation and miracles etc.
  • Worship is the intimacy relationship between a believer and God. (our Father and us his children) its like the two Lovers in fellowship. There are times a husband can be inspired to love and get attracted to the wife regardless of her wrongs. The same to wives to their husbands. God loved us to the point of sending his son to die for us while we were still sinners. He forgave us. We need to show him our Love by worshipping him.
  • Worship is responding to God’s presence and Love ,we telling him or showing him our Love. For he loved us while we were still sinners he gave forth his only begotten son.
  1. Songs of Worship makes you to enter into worshipping God.
  1. There is the difference between singing a song of Worship and Worshipping God. Songs of worship helps us to focus on God, enter into the spirit, and forget everything and seeing God by faith through the words we confess or sing meaningfully.
    • Thus why It is important to concentrate when you sing a worship song don’t sing just to pass time It is boring. Mean it:- you are talking to God.
    • Worship should come as a results of singing songs of Worship or been moved by the Holy Spirit may be after a certain revelation or God’s touch upon your life. [John 4:23-24] “the true worshippers shall worship in truth and in spirit.
    • Don’t pray or bind and loose Satan or ask something during worship. Just tell God who he is, sing or speak in tongs allow the Holy Spirit to worship God through you he knows God than you.
  1. The words found in worship or fit to be used in worship.
Telling God who h e is and his character, You are Holy, beautiful, glorious, wonderful, faithful, true, honest, so Good, Lovely and full of Love, Awesome, merciful, full of compassion, you are caring, you are kind and excellent, righteous, justice, pure (perfect) and he is unique.
[Galatians 6: 22-23] the fruits of the Holy spirit are God’s Character
(i ) After knowing God, seeing him in the spirit you tell him.
I love you, I adore you, I admire you, I worship you, I need you, I kiss you, embrace me God , I bow down before you, I surrender to you, I honor you, I break my life and humble my self to you. I fall down before you. You are awesome, you are there is no one like you.…. make God your everlasting spouse or friend you will never be disappointed. Especially for those who feel lonely.
  • Worship leaders the songs you choose should speak to God direct or you change them and make sure you use the words of worship I have mentioned it will help you to immerse easily and lead the congregation in God’s presence.
( ii ) Examples of songs of Worship.
1.    You are awesome in this place
2.    Father I declare
3.    You are holy (Mtakatifu)
4.    You are worthy Holy one.
5.    Oh Lord our God we worship you
6.    Lord you are good, so goodx3 to me. (uu mwema)
(iii) Not all slow songs are fit for Worship, The song Leader should be able to identify through the words used in a song. Some other melodies and music are Good, you can change and put the words of worship. Prepare yourself before the service, write something, compose and practice by the Holy Spirit.
[b ]    INGREDIENTS (THINGS MAKES WORSHIP SUCCESSFUL )
(ii)SUCCESSFUL WORSHIP MEANS singing unto God to the point you get moved or inspired by the Holy spirit and you feel God’s presence, singing/speaking in tongues, as an individual and as a team. or you can  hear God speaking (prophecy, word of knowledge .
1.       The Worship Leader sing a song you know properly and you flow when you lead.
2.       Use the words which are profound (are deeply revealing who God is character, his position to us and how the creatures worship him in heaven)
3.       Sing it meaningfully as if God is in front of you. (in spirit and truth)
4.       Be Humble and break your heart. For God looks upon a humble contrite spirit he won’t despise it. [Psalms 51:17b ]
5.       Forget everything:- yourself, others, and the surroundings, jus concentrate on God’s appearance as the bible tells us, and his character.
6.       Have that desire to please and touch God to see God to feel his presence through you worship. Don’t sing just for the sake of singing. Be expectant!
7.       Be free and release yourself when the Holy Spirit inspires you /moves.
8.       Sing in the spirit and other singers back the worship leader, follow his/her
          Words then flow as the spirit guides you.
9.       Sing in tongues as the Holy Spirit guides you.
God is looking for true worshippers. [John 4:23-25 RSV “For the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.]
c) Things to avoid and things to be aware during Worship songs (when the Spirit of God moves)
a) Don’t ask or bring petition to God but worship in the spirit and in tongues as the spirit guides you.
b) Do not clap hands and give out huge shouts which can shock others and remove them from God’s presence.
c) Musician should lean to stop the high bit, and stop the drums; only the brass and, other soft melodies can accompany the worship. Sometimes the Worship Leader should tell the keyboard man or the drum hitter to stop some instruments if the musicians are not sensitive.
d) The congregation should learn to Worship and the same times listen to the Holy Spirit and the Pastor or Praise Leader’s order. If she tells us to keep quite or observe the silence before God lets obey. We need to worship in harmony.
d) How to flow in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
  • The Role of Elders, Pastors and Ushers after worship.
When we worship God we minister unto him, when he is pleased he comes down and minister to us. So we need to learn to listen to God after Worship. It is easy to flow in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit after powerful worship. It is important to give chance to the one speaking inspired tongues and listen to the massage. Those who are praying for their own burdens should listen. The Church elders and the ushers should work together with the Praise Leader to control the flow of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Sometimes ushers should move and touch/ bit the back of the believers who  cry and making noisy as a sign of making them calm, so as to hear from God through the flow of the Holy Spirit.
i) Gift of Speaking in tongue and Interpretation. Many believers flow in this gift of speaking tongues but few can interpret. Speak and listen for the interpretation of tongues. Sometimes God can bring a bible verse when you ponder or meditate that scripture, more words come and you can speak out to people. If you don’t have the interpretation just stay silence God shall raise someone to interpret.
ii) Some one with a word of Knowledge: God can reveal to you the problems of people by vision and he gives you translation, or feelings, he can put the sharp pain on the part of the body a certain person is sick, it goes and comes back with a burden on your heart speak out that some body may receive healing and deliverance.
iii) Someone with a word of Prophecy: You can receive a word upon you heart it comes like a thought but with strong impression upon you heart. We speak Prophecies by faith and it takes obedience and humility to flow in gifts. God will confirm that prophecy or word of knowledge people will come out to respond or another person will speak the same thing or God can confirm through the preaching of the word. I encourage you to worship God in spirit and truth this is the catalyst to flow in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You can flow in Gifts and used by God to edify, comfort and guide the body of Christ, for the Holy Spirit is within you.
  • Also it is important for those who are not used to prophecy or not have knowledge on how to prophecy have self control, don’t force to prophecy, be quite the massage won’t go. Wait at quite time prophecy. Harmony and order is important in the service for “the spirit of prophecy obeys the Prophets”

(e) Results of true worship and testimonies.
(i)           The presence of God or Shekinah Glory comes down when we worship.
[2chronicles 5:12-14] the Levites… “The trumpeters and singers joined in unison, as with one voice, to give praise and thanks to the Lord. Accompanied by trumpets, cymbals and other instruments, they raised their voices in praise to the Lord and sang: “He is good and his Love endures forever” Then the temple of the Lord was filled with a cloud, and the priests could not perform their service because of the cloud, for the glory of the Lord filled the temple of God.”
(ii)          We hear God’s voice by flowing in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. (Word of Prophecy, knowledge, discernment and revelation. In a certain church after the powerful session of Worship, a young girl came in front and said “they are three people here they didn’t come to worship, but they came to disturb the service in witchcraft, God is warning them”. They went to see the Pastor after the service and repent.
  • It is important for Pastors or Elders on duty to respond to the words of prophecy which comes to the church. We should emphasize them and respond by a word of prayer. Sometimes we need to write down prophecies some can be church’s vision to follow from God.
  • Sometimes there could be no any manifestation of the gifts, if people are quite the Praise Leader or church Elder or Pastor should be sensitive to wind the worship session by prayer or clapping hands redeem time. And if someone is crying or speaking without any direction or due to the bitter things she has gone through we need to be sensitive and help him/her quit wind the service sessions. The days differ. Some times heaviness remain the same no breakthrough, we acknowledge God’s presence by faith.
ii)       We see vision during worship, and the Holy Spirit helps us to know the meaning of the vision.
iii)      We receive deliverance and burdens are lifted up.
iv)      We get refreshed and receive comfort for those who are wounded in the spirit after worship.
v)       We receive the Spirit of prayer and the flow of the Holy Spirit in worshipping God.
vi)      We compose prophetic songs or new worship songs after worshipping .You can sing in the spirit and shout with a new song. This action in Hebrew is called  TEHEILLAH.
(f)      Some true testimonies after worshipping.
  • In a certain church after worship, I received a word of knowledge about a Woman who torments a husband with a spirit of violence and domination. Some people came in front. But one Man came to see me outside with tears complaining about her wife the way she torments her. Later the wife came for counseling and deliverance she was delivered.
  • One Woman who was too shy, she got inspired to sing in the spirit in front of people, during the worship session .She danced than ever before, her voice changed, everybody was touched when she came into her senses she was just crying when she tried to speak she was just speaking in tongues.
  • I have experienced some demons shouting and leaving people during worship, they shout “we are leaving we are leaving”. One service after worship the Holy spirit released deliverance, to all members, some where crying, some were coughing, some yawning and some vomited, we continued to worship the Pastor declared healing and deliverance just in front, every body was free. That is the power of true Praise and Worship! You can do it to yourself by making Praise and worship your life style. You anointing will never cease, you will be surrounded with God’s presence all the time.
CHAPTER 6.
(i) Challenges to all Singers (Gospel Musicians):-Choir, Band and Individual singers)
Halo my fellow Gospel Musicians & singers, I urge you to learn and practice making praise and worship as your life style. Even if you don’t have the grace or the call to sing the songs of Worship and Praise    remember Praising and worshiping God is a command.
Singers don’t be attempted to win the favor of men by composing songs to please people. Be lead by the Holy Spirit.. Remember to minister unto God – Your vertical ministry before you go and minister to people- Horizontal ministry. Ministering to God is so powerful that gives us the anointing to minister unto people. We minister to God through praising and worshipping him and praying that is our fellowship to him.
Many singers move here and there ministering to people just to seek for names and market, but they have no time to minister to God. Some singers have very powerful voices, gifts and art but no Oil (anointing, God’s power). They remain IKABOD singers’ means the glory of God has departed. Their songs have no impact in the lives of people. The main reason is that, they lack the ministry of Praise and worship in their private time. Praise & Worship will charge you to receive God’s presence and fresh anointing; also P & W will accelerate you to pray effectively.
When you sing a song of praise or worship in truth and in spirit the Spirit of God can help you to compose new songs powerful ones which has never been sung under the sun.
(ii ) Challenges to all believers and Heaven goers.
Halo my fellow book readers I urge you to make praise and worship as your life style. You will experience God’s presence in your life than ever before. Praise is a Weapon against the devil, Praise is hoe to dig out the soil which is our hearts they get prepared for the word, Praise is the harmer to break strong holds, Praise brings the rains of the Holy Spirit to move among believers.
  • If you don’t know how to sing learn to listen to the tapes and CDS of the anointed singers in Praise and Worship. Remember all ministries and work shall end up here on Earth but PRAISE AND WORSHIP WILL LAST FROEVER IN HEAVEN. We shall sing unto God live before his throne, together with the Angels, Saints, twenty Four Elders, the living Creatures and Cherubs. MAKE SURE YOU NEVER MISS HEAVEN, IT’S IMPORTANT YOUR NAME TO BE WRITTERN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE. START NOW TO PRAISE GOD.!
(iii)  DIFFERENT WAYS OF COMPOSING SONGS.    SONGS WHICH INSPIRES
·         U can compose songs:-
1)   By singing a song of praise or of worship then through the same bit u receive or compose another song using the same bit.
2)   By being inspired by the Holy Spirit when you sing in tongues the Holy Spirit sings a new song in the language you know (TEHEILLAH- You feel to be with God and Jesus you sing a song prompted by the Holy Spirit.
3)   By receiving a word from the Lord, a proverb, a Bible story, a Scripture, or revelation or prophetic word or words of praise or worship, then you compose a melody (sound) to fit the words.
4)   By playing a keyboard and a guitar from that sound of music you compose the melody and then add the words or the words and melody can come at once.
5)   By listening another person’s song then it inspires you, to the point you compose another song from that song.
6)   By having a dream you are singing a nice song, or someone is teaching you a nice song (ie An Angle or the Holy Spirit) in the morning you remember it very well you write it and sing it with inspiration and other people get inspired.
7)   By copying the melody or sound of another person’s song then you compose other massage to suit the melody and play the music. Imitating is a gift too, some singers can not imitate.
8)   To sing the songs from the Hymn books you use the same words but you modify the melody or you totally change the melody. This is common in east Africa. Most songs of praise, worship, hymn books have no copyright any one can sing and record in any style she/he wants.
-          The most inspiring ways of composing songs are number  1,2,3 ,4 and 6. But the singers who have a good relationships with God, who are gifted, anointed , their songs will always touch God and people who listens to them, regardless of the way they will use to compose a song.
(iv) THE SECRETES OF THE SINGERS WHO MOVED GOD TO COME DOWN AND PERFORM WONDERS IN THE BIBLE.
We always say there’s power in praising and worshiping God but sometimes we have never experienced that power, its important we read some examples in the Bible about singers and musicians who worshipped God and he got moved to the point of coming down and performed miracles and wonders.
1)   When the Levites Asaf, yeduthun and herman with their sons sang.

·         They sanctified themselves from the beginning and couldn’t defile themselves in other services.[Psalms 33:1b] “ It is fitting for the upright to praise him” .[1petro 1:15] “But just as he who called you is holy be holy in all you do”. God is Holy if we want to touch him in our worship we need to be holy.
·         They were in unity and harmony and everyone desired to worship God in his heart.
·         They forgot everything and played the music and sing to God whole heartedly. God never moves when the singers sing in flesh just to please people. Always the Praises should purpose to honor and touch God. Even if you are singing a song which has a massage to people (horizontal ministry) make sure you pray and minister to God through worship then minister to people then it is going to have impact.

·         They waited upon the Lord in quietness till the Holy Spirit spoke to them

  • They obeyed God’s orders though they were tough. Singers cooperate with God the Holy Spirit for Guidance of right songs and actions for each service.
  • In order pull down strongholds through praise believers needs to persevere an press on praising till we get the breakthrough.
  • They shouted with trumpets and all they have. There’s power in shouting!
4)   Paul and Silas praise and prayers: When Paul & Silas were in prison they started praising God and praying, suddenly the prison was shaken by the earthquake. The Secrete of the miracle of freedom was.
·         They forgot their pains and wounds they praised God and pray. Most of the times when we face trials we complain and speak about our pains instead of giving thanks and praise to God, we delay or miss our miracles.
·         They woke up in mid night to minister unto God, there’s power and breakthrough to praise God and pray in midnight.
·         They praised God with all their hearts, mind and strengths.
5.) David the Psalmist when he played the Lyre.

The secrete of David which delivers king Saul.
·         He made praise and worship his life style thus why he said I will praise the Lord every day as long as I live.
·         He was full of God’s power and presence he lived for God no wonder his sound of lyre was able to deliver King Saul. Musicians seek God’s presence.
·         He feared the Lord. Many singers do not fear God .they become proud and don’t pray.
6.) [2chronicles 20:22 Yeshoshafat and people of Judah overcame the war through Praise]
Their secrete were :
  • They sought the Lord and fast
  • They obey the Holy spirit
  • They put singers in front. Praise and worship singers are front line soldiers even in the church when they do their part effectively no enemy shall overpower the church.
